Briebug seeks an experienced Web Technologies Architect to join our growing team in delivering unmatched value to people and projects. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leads activities to develop, document and maintain complex architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems.

  • Leads development of code and integration of complex software components into a fully functional software system.

  • Work with other architects and developers to identify and prioritize application architecture concerns that can provide the most business value.

  • Provide high-level analysis and design reviews to solve conceptual problems and produce efficient and stable solutions.

  • Mentor and motivate developers to think creatively with a positive attitude.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Extremely well versed and capable of teaching Angular or React, RxJs, NgRx, Javascript, Typescript

  • Expert understanding of reactive and functional programming

  • Skilled in Software Architecture and design patterns (SOLID, GoF)

  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

  • Ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to various audiences

  • Ability to gather requirements, write functional/technical specifications, and communicate them

  • Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

  • Ability to effectively support, train, and mentor other developers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skilled in one or more database technologies (Mongo, Postgres, SQLServer)

  • Skilled in one or more cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 

  • 5+ years of full-stack developer experience.

  • Experience in managing a multi-vendor service/sourcing structure. 

  • Application Integration experience

  • Significant WordPress knowledge and experiences

  • Managed Cloud Service experience.

  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue

  • Extensive knowledge of website management, analytics, design, SEO best practices and standards.

The Senior Web Architect is responsible for the technical design, implementation, and support of the AccuSite web portal. This scope of the responsibility includes the user interface, data architecture, scalability, interoperability APIs, and security. The role includes technical requirements gathering, writing design documents, as well as implementing features.


What is expected of you for success in your role:

  • Set the technical direction for the portal development team and serve as an escalation path for any technical decisions

  • Collaborates internally and externally with all stakeholders; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas.

  • Determines operational feasibility of solutions by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and weighing the benefits of each over complexity, cost, and level of effort.

  • Acts as level 2/3 escalation and assists Engineering, Customer Support, and Sales to support related field issues. This includes the ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems under significant time pressure.

  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

The key responsibilities of the Web Architect are to

  • Design, develop, integrate, and deploy Software applications for robotically assisted medical device systems.

  • Lead the full-stack solution design with hands-on development.
