The On-Site Support Specialist position is a mid-level technical position providing support for our Video Systems products to a high-profile firm in Woonsocket, RI. In this role, the on-site specialist will be a daily support presence at the client’s corporate location, acting as an extension of our support team dedicated solely to this client. Will be assigned as the primary point of contact, solving their technical problems and helping them get the most out of their video technology. This role requires a high level of customer service while along with a technical skillset.

You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.
While you will be handling sales and relationships you will not be alone and will have plenty of help. Does not have to be a security/surveillance person, experience in other industries welcome.

Our solution is developed by us and we are not 'dvr slammers' just selling the cheapest Chinese equipment. Technical resource will be responsible for, but not limited to :
· Installation of Vidyo cameras, licenses, network devices, upgrade of network operating systems, to include configuration and troubleshooting.
· Complete inventory documentation as necessary
· Transport new devices to designated site
· Return obsolete devices to home office
· Professional Technical Certification is preferred like CCNA, Vidyo certification
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field
· Minimum of three (3) years experience in a broad range of assignments in technical task directly related to the proposed area of responsibility
· Experience with Extreme Network products is a plus
· Must have dependable transportation, travel throughout the City
· Must pass background and drug test
