Sales Consultant - Job Description:

In addition to the sales role, the Sales Consultant will locate and identify cars to consign from professional contacts, online leads and other methods for both consigning and buying cars, as well as assisting customers in the showroom.

Sales Consultant - Requirements:


  • Sales experience in any industry required (1 year)

  • Customer Service experience required (1 year)

  • Experience with Vintage/Classic vehicles preferred but not required

Requirements:



  • High School diploma or GED.  Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 3 or more years Outside Sales experience.  Experience with electric vehicles & equipment preferred, but not required.  Experience in industrial/electric/utility sales a plus.

  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers

  • Excellent sales and communication skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

  • Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.

  • Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department.

  • Schedules first service appointment.

  • Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, “we-owes”, and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.

  • Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.

  • Attends sales meetings.

  • Maintains professional appearance.

Sales Consultant Requirements and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience    and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

As a Rental Sales Associate, you will contribute to the success of our company by assisting customers with their vehicle rentals to ensure a positive customer experience. Additionally, as a Rental Sales Associate you will also be responsible for promoting and selling our additional products and services to customers utilizing proven sales techniques. The ideal candidate for this position is energetic, motivated, has a passion for sales and customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.


As a Vehicle Service Attendant you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are clean and ready to be picked up by customers. You will also perform regular maintenance to our fleet such as checking tire pressure, ensuring fluid levels, and refueling gas. Additionally, Vehicle Service Attendants identify and report damage to vehicles upon their return.
