Position Summary: 
Lead the practice and advocate for Human Centered Design within the Services and Home product group. This role will focus on driving modernization and simplicity in a highly complex end-to-end customer and employee-facing experience. UX Lead

As the User Experience (UX/UI) Design Lead, you will help define the future of design for our clients. You will set product strategy, solve complex UX problems, and inspire the team to push past boundaries. You will take time to understand the business problem and design solutions that meets the needs of users while accomplishing business objectives.

In this role, you will be the main advocate for crafting human-centered experiences, while also balancing what works for businesses and is technically viable. You will have the opportunity to mentor other designers and collaborate with clients to push the envelope on innovation, aesthetic, and complex problems made simple.


Outcomes you will create

  • User experience vision for projects developed in partnership with our clients and their users, which may include any or all of the following outcomes:
