Position Summary: 
Lead the practice and advocate for Human Centered Design within the Services and Home product group. This role will focus on driving modernization and simplicity in a highly complex end-to-end customer and employee-facing experience. Expertise to create best in class human center, UX solutions and wireframes, visual designs, as required.

As the User Experience (UX/UI) Design Lead, you will help define the future of design for our clients. You will set product strategy, solve complex UX problems, and inspire the team to push past boundaries.
