Independent Contractor Transcriptionists to transcribe recorded audio interviews and meetings of various topics. Work is done independently and must satisfy minimum quality scores and weekly production amounts. All work is done remotely at Independent Contractor's work location.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Accuracy - Ability to transcribe clean and verbatim with 99% or higher accuracy.
Formatting - Ability to learn and adhere to High Fidelity's transcript formatting standards.
Ideal Candidates will have:
• Transcription training and experience.
• Experience with interview and focus group transcription.
• Ability to transcribe 30 min to 1 hour of audio per day.
• Minimum 70 WPM
• Transcribe in adherence to High Fidelity's formatting standards.
• Ensure all transcripts meet or surpass 99% accuracy.
• Provide responsive and proactive communication with office team.
• Submit completed jobs before or by the file due date/time.
• Work in accordance to established weekly production target amounts.

Assist with answering phones, prescription refills, appointment scheduling, and other front desk responsibilities.
Collect patient demographics, insurance information and copays according to Office Policies and Procedures.
Assist with patient communication, including answering basic patient questions, advancing medical questions to clinical professional, delivering test/lab results to patients as authorized, and other patient correspondence
Accurately maintain patient electronic health record, including but not limited to: obtaining and recording patient vitals, recording medical history and medication/allergy lists, electronically filing relevant documents, initiating correspondence with other care providers
Administer lab procedures as required (injections, phlebotomy, urinalysis, and autoclave).

We are seeking to add a Typist to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Our busy law office is currently accepting applications for typists. The successful candidates will perform skilled clerical work, proofread reports, and finalize legal correspondence and documentation. This position is ideal for someone who pays attention to detail, is motivated and eager to learn. He/she must also be able to work both independently and as part of a team. We are accepting both full-time and part-time applications.
Review, revise and finalize legal documents for filing;
Proofread, edit and send legal communications to clients, administrative board and courts;
File legal documentation with administrative offices and courts
Perform administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying and scanning
Enter detailed notes re actions in database
May transcribe dictation
Adhere to office procedures re next actions, record keeping and communications;
Other tasks as required
High school diploma or GED
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Outlook);
Fast and accurate typist;
Keen attention to detail;
Able to take and follow direction;
Friendly and professional demeanor;
