Summary Under the direct supervision of the Child Development Director, Master Lead Infant Teacher and the Lead Infant Teacher. This position is responsible for the supervision and care of children in the Infant program and aiding the team of teachers in general supervision and management of a class of Infant aged children. Provides direction for the program and classroom, assists in planning and implements age-appropriate program curriculum. This position is also responsible for helping recordkeeping, inventory of supplies in the classroom and any safety issues. Provides a quality experience to children and parents that is in accordance with the association's policies and procedures that focus on the YMCA values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. END RESULT Parent satisfaction is high. Classrooms/Program areas and equipment is safe, clean and well maintained. Activities are well organized and meet participants' needs and Y standards. Participants are treated with care, honesty, and respect by all staff.
