  • CPR / First Aid certifications ANDPreventative Health Cert.: must obtain from American Red Cross, American Heart Association or a certified school); Copy must be submitted, or Proof of registration is required and completion within 30 days of hire. Ensure that it is the course that satisfies the CA Childcare requirements.

  • Fingerprint (LiveScan) for complete criminal background check

  • TB clearance within 1 year and full Health Screening

    • FBI/DOJ Fingerprint Clearance filed with Community Care Licensing COMPLETE and APPROVED prior to hire in order to work with children ages 6 and under in a childcare setting

    • Have at least 1 year experience working as a lead teacher in a childcare, preschool, or gym

    • Willingness to complete training necessary to drive a large commercial vehicle (The Gym Bus :) and acquire your California Commercial Vehicle Driver's License (Class B commercial) We'll train you!

(Don’t worry – though gymnastics experience is helpful, we will train the right heart-centered person hired for this position!)


    • Instead of being inside a traditional classroom, you’ll get to enjoy the beautiful outdoors of San Diego every day aboard your mobile gymnastics classroom on a real school bus!! The bus is converted converted into your mobile tumbling classroom stocked with cool tumbling blocks, mats, padded walls, and other gymnastics equipment.
