Responsibilities Include:

★ Caring for the 8+ children assigned to your classroom

Job Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, you must meet all of the following requirements:

★ 1+ years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare center or elementary school

★ Unwavering patience with a passion for teaching children

★ Excellent communication skills

★ Upbeat and friendly attitude with an acute attention to safety and detail

★ Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift 40 lbs.

★ Must be able to pass a local and federal background check

★ Must meet all other requirements as outlined by the Texas DFPS

★ Candidates willing to work an occasional Saturday shift are preferred.

    Minimum Requirements



    • Minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA or higher




    • Bachelor’s degree or higher

    Crème de la Crème is looking for passionate, energetic, and caring teaching staff to join our quickly growing team!


    We are currently hiring for the following positions:



    • Spanish Teacher

    • Art Teacher

    • Culinary Teacher

    • Afternoon Teachers (part-time)


    As a Crème de la Crème Teacher, you will spend your days:



    • Delivering nurturing care and continuous supervision of assigned children, while executing the Crème curriculum, and maintaining classroom management.

    • Creating, submitting, and implementing of approved lesson plans and curriculum, and completing Daily Reports.

    • Maintaining the upkeep of classrooms and equipment inside and outside.

    • Assisting children when necessary regarding dressing, toileting and/or diapering needs, and making sure all children have clean hands, face, and diapers.

    • Building positive relationships with and practicing open and honest communication with parents, co-workers, and CDLC management.

    • Consistently interacting in a positive developmentally appropriate way with the children; role modeling appropriate behavior and language for children.
