What You Will Be Doing?

Our Early Morning Stock Team supports our client by servicing 2 store locations in the Northern California Area -Services Stores in Palo Alto and San Jose. Our team is responsible for the intake and merchandising of our client’s product once a week per store location.

If you are a morning person then this is the perfect shift for you! Our team on average works from 5am-1:30pm unloading the truck, sorting the merchandise and places it in the correct departments, opens all of the boxes and removes the cardboard. The physical nature of this job includes walking, bending, climbing ladders, pushing and pulling carts of merchandise, using pallet jacks and box knives. If you are looking for a good workout, this will do it!

Major responsibilities

Our logistic team help us deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a stocker, it means:


  • Unloading and restocking our products for different locations distributed over the Bay Area in an accurate and timely manner

  • Set up and install machine for new sites

  • Checking inventory and supply levels at our storage

  • Simple troubleshooting and repair machines if necessary

Requirements:

  • Must have High School diploma or equivalent

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains Festival culture, customer service, and performance expectations
  • Provide customer service to guests
  • Assist guests with supplying them with the items they need from the department
  • Aid guests in finding items they are looking for on the sales floor
  • Take orders and special requests
  • Answer the telephone and assist callers using proper phone etiquette
  • Ten tiling guests at all times
  • Stocking and maintaining product levels
  • Fill all items on display
  • Makes sure products are rotated, using first in first out method
  • Follow display standards
  • Makes sure the sales floor is clean and tidy; no messes or spills
  • Maintaining grocery supplies
  • Assists other department associates with daily responsibilities
  • Ensure all quality standards are being met, including quantity expectations at 100% by 10 am and 5 pm.
  • Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.

WORK SCHEDULE

What You Will Be Doing:


InDemand Services is searching for driven and reliable Retail Merchandising / Stocker / Store Support Representatives.  Our team will be unloading trucks, stock merchandise, and setting product per planogram throughout the store. Attention to detail, ability to work as a team and a positive attitude are a MUST!

What You Will Do

Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.

Unloading and stocking merchandise in an accurate and timely manner.

Following safe lifting procedures while moving and placing merchandise.

The Receiver/Stocker helps provide the right products to our customers by unloading merchandise from incoming freight, moving it to the sales floor, and stocking departments. The Receiver/Stocker typically works evenings, overnight, or early mornings to prepare for store opening.
