 This position is the first line of contact for any problems or issues for clients, and as the Client Relations Manager, ensuring that the environment is clean, tidy, welcoming, and efficient is a must.  This position is accountable for the appropriate and efficient booking of appointments and requires a knowledgeable person to communicate our brand of services and memberships on an expert level.  Commission is provided with all membership and package sales! 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

* Answer Phones 100% of the time during business hours in a friendly manner.

* Provide tea/water beverage service to spa guests.

* Opening/closing procedures of the Spa.

* Maintain a clean work environment.

* Engage Clients in a friendly manner.

* Explain Products, Services, Membership, Packages.

* Book appointments accurately and efficiently utilizing sophisticated reservation software.

* Usher clients through their process, ensuring a delivery of five star standards every day.

* Mediate and resolve client issues.

* Process reservations.

* Learn about  products and services for client communications.

It will be Lafayette's longest automatic car wash and will feature a 246-foot wash area next to the 115-foot tunnel.  Because of the car wash's length and extra equipment, Mr. Bubbles Auto Spa will offer more choices for waxes, washes, sealants, tire dressing, soap types, and more. 


We need an assistant manager responsible for assisting the Manager with the daily operations and profitability of the car wash facility. Responsible for the physical appearance of the site, equipment maintenance, maintaining a safe work environment, and chemical/supply inventories. Assisting in managing inventories and handling customer complaints as deemed appropriate by the Manager.  Assists in staffing and training for the car wash facility. Contributes to building of team environment and assists the Manager as needed.

Key Functions of the Role



  • Oversee and manage all daily operations of the Spa.

  • Dispose of trash and waste materials

  • Wash and fold and put into the clinic rooms, 3 loads of towels per day.

  • Clean 1600 sq ft clinic including 2 clinic treatment rooms and systems, toilets, sinks and hard surfaces lobby, sauna, kitchen including the fridge, and laundry room.

  • Fill the cleaning supply bottles, fill product cabinets and keep all supplies filled in the treatment rooms.

  • Additional cleaning / janitorial / assisting tasks as required.


New staff person will receive complete training on how to clean and perform the clinic duties.


We clean a specific way. A detailed cleaning manual and operations manual is provided to help you succeed.
