EnCorps STEM Teachers Program’s vision is to realize a day where all students, regardless of socioeconomic status, are inspired and prepared to pursue their dreams. STEM Teaching Fellows transition to teaching careers within 1-3 years with the support of EnCorps training, guest teaching field experience, credentialing guidance, EnCorps cohort and the EnCorps network of schools. When you become an EnCorps Fellow, you are committing to providing access to quality education within low income schools, supporting students who need your mentorship the most.

The EnCorps team will provide guidance as you begin the process to become a teacher and the broad network of fellows provides first hand experience from people who, like you, transitioned into a teaching career.

Fellowship details:


  • Fellows may choose a licensed or non-licensed teaching pathway. If licensed, they will earn their license from a university partner over the course of 4-14 months

  • EnCorps will place you in a local partner school for 1 semester where you will spend 2-5 hours per week as a volunteer Guest Teacher

  • Fellows train online/on-demand and at 3 in-person cohort events each year by participating in enhanced skills preparation workshops

  • Fellows receive extensive support and mentoring from the EnCorps staff, their cohort, and EnCorps’ network of schools

  • With the help of EnCorps, you will develop your unique timeline to become a paid teacher, in as little as 9 months, or 3 years depending on your personal goals.

Position Summary


The Data Center Solutions Architect will support both pre-sales and post-sales initiatives for Data Center and Cloud professional services consulting, managed services, and product recommendation by working with the sales team to architect, design, propose, and close both existing and new opportunities. Additionally, you will provide client post-sales support with a primary emphasis in data center design and architecture, and secondary focus on cloud solutions architecture.     Job Description


    Solutions Architect / Cloud IAM Engineer


     


    Job Responsibilities:



    • Design, engineer, and coordinate execution of IAM security controls on our Azure Public Cloud platform, O365, and SaaS Services. Interface with other IT and Enterprise Security Risk Management teams to ensure the creation of integrated processes to implement and track relevant IAM controls.

    • Work with the various stakeholders including Enterprise Technology, Enterprise Security Risk Management, and LOB partners to manage IAM components of cloud projects including getting requirements, defining solution options, and validation and approval of key decisions and exceptions.

    • Develop, document, and implement IAM solutions and standardized design patterns across Application, Platform and Infrastructure layers.

    • Design and engineer IAM components to integrate new SaaS services into our Cloud environment.

    • Execute POCs and feasibility studies to validate next-gen product/new-service concepts promoted by our cloud vendor. Prototype solutions for new requirements as needed.


     
    Required Technical Skills


    • Deep technical knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Azure platform and services.

    • Extensive experience implementing Identity and Access Management controls for Azure and O365. Good working knowledge of core Azure technologies including ADFS, Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC models and Access Policies for major Azure Services.

    • Working knowledge of supporting Azure technologies like Azure Policy & Blueprints, Graph API, Azure Resource Management, Azure AD Health, Azure Security Center, etc.

    • Proficiency in cloud automation using native Azure CLI

    • Experience with Powershell,/and Python.

    • Experience working with Cloud infrastructure supporting technologies like Network(load balancers, ASG and NSG rules, ExpressRoute), Logging & Monitoring integration frameworks, familiarity with DevOps pipeline tools (Jenkins, XLR, SALT, etc. )

    • Experience in design & implementation of Backup, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery solutions


     
    Experience & Education


    • 4+ years of hands-on experience as an individual engineering contributor in Cloud projects

    • Ability to participate in fast-paced DevOps Engineering teams within Scrum agile processes

    • Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)

    • Strong preference for Certified Professionals with relevant Cloud Certifications


     
    Must Have:


    • Experience in design & implementation of Backup, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery solutions

    • IAM – 5 years

    • Azure – 3 years

    • PowerShell/and or Python, - 2-3 yrs

    • Experience working with Cloud infrastructure supporting technologies like Network (load balancers, ASG and NSG rules, ExpressRoute), Logging & Monitoring integration frameworks, familiarity with DevOps pipeline tools – 3 years
