Responsibilities and duties:


 



  • Monitor paid social marketing campaigns using the Facebook ads library for dozens of fan pages to proactively flag any ads that are not compliant with partner policies.

  • Work with our revenue and traffic acquisition partners to fully understand all policies and share learnings with management and media buyers.

  • Create daily and weekly revenue reporting and campaign performance dashboards using excel and Google sheets.

Requirements:


 



  • Bachelor's degree.

  • At least 1+ years of online media/marketing experience, preferably with experience in running paid acquisition campaigns such as: paid social or search, native, direct online display, RTB display, mobile marketing, affiliate marketing.

  • Strong understanding of marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) and how it pertains to the success of marketing activities.

  • Excels in a dynamic, data-driven, metrics oriented environment.

  • Quick to learn new topics and demonstrates ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with regular check-ins and supervision from department leaders.

  • Exceptional communicator (written and oral) with the ability to build positive relationships.

  • High energy, low ego. Works with colleagues and peers in a professional and collaborative style

  • Agency account or client experience a plus.

  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Google drive, Google documents.

  • This individual will possess the skill set to conduct initial home study evaluations with prospective foster parents and demonstrate the ability to recommend homes for licensing following an in-depth investigation.

  • The Resource Worker will monitor existing foster homes for compliance with all applicable IDCFS Rules/Procedures and for quality of care provided to children placed in those homes.

  • In addition, the Resource worker will participate in planning and implementation of the recruitment plan for new foster homes with an emphasis on securing foster families that can be matched to the population in greatest need of homes.


 


Qualifications:



  • Child Welfare Employee Licensure, Passed licensing examinations for the Child Care Act and Foster Home Rule 402

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in social work, or an identified human service field. A minimum of one year of child welfare experience preferred.

  • Valid Driver License and access to an insured vehicle.

  • Performs individual formal initial assessments which includes a client’s risk/danger to self or others, symptoms and behaviors, drug and alcohol usage, support systems, as well as community, social, and daily living skills to satisfy Medical Assistance, COMAR, and HCU program admission requirements.

  • Communicates with persons significant to the client’s rehabilitation process as permitted by HIPAA. Recognizes the importance and needs of the client’s family and attempts to engage them as appropriate, and with the permission of the client.

  • Uses motivational interviewing and counseling skills; assists the client in developing individual recovery-based rehabilitation goals within the scope of program services.

  • Develops Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRPs) every six months based upon client-identified long term SMART goals (six monthly), and short term objectives.

  • Identifies a client’s social, environmental and health care needs and helps the client to develop daily living skills on-site and or in relevant community settings. Provides individual counseling and/or group interventions focused on skills- training, development of independence for optimal function, and overcoming barriers to achievement. Assists the client in obtaining and sustaining community-based supports, and accessing resources for financial, domestic, social or health-related needs.


Requirements:



  • Bachelors' degree in psychology and social work

  • LCSW license

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a supervised mental health setting

  • Valid driver’s license in good standing

  • Reliable transportation and auto insurance that complies with the minimum state requirements

  • Ability travel locally

POSITION SUMMARY
The Restorative Practices Specialist will facilitate restorative processes for students and school personnel within the K-12 school setting. As a resource to schools, this individual will build strong professional partnerships with school administrators, educators, counselors, school resource officers, and partner agencies.

Provides proactive and reactive strategies which support healthy behavior change opportunities. In partnership with school personnel, the Restorative Practices Specialist will conduct restorative processes with students and in some situations, may communicate with parents. Works with the Team Lead and Director to provide restorative related presentations, information, coaching, and resources to school staff as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Coordination - Provide direct service to clients as needed; Maintain regular contact with school staff, clients, and partner agencies; Coordinate events as needed; Review and provide input on service policies/procedures and update as needed; Respond to questions/inquiries about Restorative Practices; Provide case supervision as needed; and Provide information and referral services as needed.

Documentation and Record Keeping - Maintain client records; Prepare correspondence for school staff, clients, and referring agencies; Prepare written agreements; Provide notification to participants of upcoming events; Keep and maintain documentation of case notes and files; Enter data as needed; Develop and complete reports as requested by Agency and/or external agencies for service monitoring; Process invoices and other transactions; Prepare statistical data and other reports as needed/required; Update and maintain documentation of client visits; Prepare information for audits; and Complete other paperwork as needed.

Community Engagement - Work closely with schools and other agencies as needed; Interact and communicate with schools and other agencies to link additional resources; Market Youth Interventions to groups within the community; Develop and distribute service materials; Participate in events including booth set up and facilitation; and Present and facilitate program discussions with parents/legal guardians, educators, and others as needed.

Other Duties - Participate in education and training opportunities; Participate in supervision and other agency related meetings; and All other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
- Associates degree in related field required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred
- 1 year of prior related work experience required
- Previous experience working with school systems, youth and/or victims of crimes is preferred
- Valid Driver’s License required

MENTAL/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Up to 20 percent travel within assigned territory
- Occasional requirement to exert minor physical effort such as regularly lifting and bending. Movements may require pushing, pulling, and/or carrying up to 15 lbs. occasionally or periodically.

Work closely with our Directors to Shoot Video and Sound for various forms of content including, How to Videos, Interactions with our Clients, Client Training Videos and content videos of other partners’ facilities as well as our offices in a Northwest Chicago suburb.


·         Produce/Direct and oversee production from start to finish


  • Present and train others on video tips, tricks, and techniques in video

·         Setup equipment and work with talent

Qualifications:
