The Registered Dietitian is responsible to consult in a collaborative fashion with the Director of Dietary Services and the treatment team to ensure the best standard of nutrition and dietary services are occurring. The RD completes a Dietary Assessment when indicated and directed by the treatment team. The Registered Dietitian meets with all Outpatient clients weekly, conducts Nutrition Education Groups.


Dietitians hours will vary based on census and scheduling needs of the program.

  • Conduct Dietary Intake on admit, collect weight and height of client and calculate BMI for client chart.


  • Meets with client upon admit to establish therapeutic rapport.


  • Initial, weekly, and discharge sessions with clients. Written documentation of each session completed in appropriate time frame.


  • Charts each client’s progress throughout the treatment experience, making sure that daily progress notes reflect the goals within the treatment plan.


  • Meet with each program client weekly at minimum and implements and manages individualized dietary meal plans that meet each client’s specific needs.


  • Identify weekly treatment goals and communicate to treatment team relative to individual client needs. Registered Dietitian is an integral part of the treatment team process.


  • Co-facilitate therapeutic family meals appropriate to Outpatient level of care.


  • Facilitate Nutrition Groups weekly that are appropriate to the adult and adolescent age groups.


  • Implement one dietary treatment plan for each client within a week of admission.


  • Make appropriate changes to individualized meal plan as needed based on weekly weights.


  • Communication with referring and/or outpatient dietitian upon admit to Outpatient Program, during course of treatment as needed, and upon discharge from Outpatient Program.

Job Description


A well-established, 25-year old construction company based in Orange, CA. The company is seeking a Construction Estimator with experience in leading the bidding and estimating process for commercial construction projects.


As a Construction Estimator, you will analyze blueprints, specifications, RFP’s, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects, or services for design-build and hard bid projects.


This individual is responsible for the following duties:


·         Manage the overall bid/estimating process and generate all budgets and proposals


·         Performing quantitative estimates on various types of commercial construction projects including commercial/industrial tenant improvements


·         Establish labor productivity for estimate


·         Attend all required job walks and site meetings


·         Interact and meet with company personnel to kick off jobs


·         Layout demolition walls and fixtures prior to the demo crew arriving on sites


·         Provide job specific answers and information for superintendents, subcontractors, & customers


·         Maintain positive relationships with area vendors for competitive material and equipment pricing


·         Solicit subcontractor pricing for work done outside of our own trades and employees


·         Understand the market conditions including competitive approach, backlog, level or risk for work and other factors for establishing margin percentages.


·         Be involved in the internal bid reviews with supervisors and project team.


·         Participate in the customer alignment objectives of the branch by creating and maintaining positive customer relations


·         Assist in the hand-off of secured projects to the Operations Team


·         Assist in other duties as assigned such as change order management or billings depending on the project(s)


Requirements:


·         Minimum 5 years’ experience, in commercial construction estimating preferred


·         Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science or related field preferred.


·         Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Word


·         Strong ability to read, understand and interpret specifications and drawings for PAS scopes of work


·         Must have skilled knowledge of estimating techniques, software and databases


·         Sharp understanding of bidding process


·         Ability to visualize various building techniques


·         Superb communication skills


·         Strong work ethic and moral ethics with the ability to exercise sound judgment


·         Ability to foresee problems and take corrective actions


·         Thrives in a team environment


·         Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


·         Ability to work with customers building strong, continued relationships


Salary Range: Competitive compensation package based on experience
