ABOUT THE ROLE:   We are looking for a full-time Customer Coordinator to join us. As a specialized member of our team, you will be responsible for order processing and work closely with Sales and Operations.   

RESPONSIBILITIES:  


  • Reply to customer phone calls, emails and inquiries with detailed product knowledge and order assistance 

  • Process, review, and enter customer purchase orders with accuracy 

  • Ensure execution of all shipping, scheduling pick-ups, and receiving 

  • Ensure documentation and packing of orders adhere to specific customer routing guidelines 

  • Prepare shipping package labels, packing lists, and all necessary export documents to accompany shipments 

  • Liaise with receiving, freight and delivery companies for domestic and international shipments 

  • Know our products, capabilities and brand so you can sell

  • Maintain customer contact database

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:   


  • 2+ years experience in wholesale, retail, product, and design related industry

  • Meticulous attention to accuracy, detail, and good with numbers

  • A love for process, problem solving in complicated situations and a natural desire to simplify processes to optimize efficiency

  • Must be technically savvy and computer literate on Macs, including Microsoft Office

JOB SUMMARY:


The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the organization’s salesforce.com deployment.  Operates as part of the Corporate Systems team to ensure RevSpring’s Corporate Systems functions at maximum capacity for daily operations. 


 


JOB SPECIFIC STANDARDS


Essential Functions:


·         Serve as primary system administrator for the RevSpring Salesforce.com environment providing ongoing technical support and expertise to end users


·         Perform basic administrative functions such as credentials maintenance, data maintenance & backup


·         Manage workflows, reports, and dashboards for RevSpring sales organization based on evolving business needs


·         Own integrations between Salesforce and other business software such as financial, legal and customer service packages.


·         Research updates and upgrades analyze their impact and prepare user base for software changes; Perform updates as needed


·         Analyze business requirements for new development requests, define scope, and complete.


·         Serve as subject matter expert for Salesforce as needed on other projects.


·         Develop effective monitoring procedures for the Salesforce environment.


·         Work collaboratively with the team to create and maintain documentation and playbooks including overall system architecture


·         Understand capacity trends in the environment and assist with budgeting, strategy, and planning for the salesforce environment.


·         Assist in training and defining training for users and ensure that cross training is adequate for alternate administrators to perform basic environment tasks.


·         Establish, implement, and follow standard processes and controls to ensure a clean environment. Including but not limited to customization requests, sandbox maintenance, and change management.

·         1+ years hands on experience with both native and lightning experiences for Sales Cloud

·         Knowledge of Salesloft, Apttus and Adobe Sign integrations is a plus


·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.

· Insure workorders from ServiceMax to SAP are transferring properly daily.

The Department of Neighborhood Development (DND) is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join the IT team and support the department in its work to build strong neighborhoods and help our most vulnerable citizens.


The Salesforce administrator and developer will work in close partnership with the Product Owner to respond to feedback from staff and users, prioritize pain points and user stories, and steward modular “products” within our Salesforce instance. They will serve as the primary technical lead on proactive projects and perform administrative tasks such as user provisioning and maintenance/hygiene tasks.


We are looking for someone familiar with agile software development, and who will bring flexibility and a positive attitude to our team’s intrepid efforts to incorporate agile practices into our work. The Salesforce administrator and developer will play a central role in our transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.

Primary responsibilities:



  • Maintain existing Salesforce platform supporting DND business processes through bug fixes, feature requests, and proactive product development in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Ability to utilize advanced Salesforce features and functionality to iteratively design, build, and implement custom applications; Salesforce developer credentials a plus. 


  • Experience supporting an organization from Classic to Lightning.


  • Ability to communicate in a thorough manner to stakeholders of diverse backgrounds and needs the uses of software systems and strategies in plain language


  • Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
