  • Meet with wedding Couple  to show them around our beautiful property, provide them with our rental guidelines and fees, answer questions, and book their event based on availability at our property. Follow up after all sales appointments with quotes and contracts.

  • Excel experience is necessary along with good organization skills, follow up and professionalism

  • This work is primarily weekends plus one day during the week. The weekday is somewhat flexible. More hours are available if desired.

  • This individual must work weekends along with one day during the week with the opportunity to become full time

  • Hire, train, direct and when necessary, terminate Membership Staff.

  • Develops new business sources in the community by having a presence and a plan at targeted community functions. Furthermore, develops a consistent corporate contact plan for new and current accounts to continually grow the business through comprehensive monthly lead generation plans.

  • Develops compensation, incentive systems and goal setting for the Membership Department.

  • Develops annual Membership growth plan and track on a regular basis.

  • Consistently develops new Membership products for the club to market profitably.

  • Ensures that the MS staff has a strong presence throughout the club and engages with Members on a daily basis to manage Member results. Required RBBWA two times daily.

  • Consistently meets/exceeds membership revenue, non-dues revenue and retention goals. If goals are not met for any three-consecutive month period, employment may be terminated.

The San Jose/ San Francisco Territory Manager position is an outside sales role responsible for following-up with leads to schedule onsite sales meetings with potential customers who have expressed an interest in our custom outdoor cedar patio covers. As a State Farm team member for Tami Pratt - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.


RESPONSIBILITIES


* Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate

 Our technology client, located in Santa Clara, is seeking a contract Sales Operations Analyst for 6 months to work onsite. The ideal candidate will have  Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.

Overview:

Provides high-quality business support to internal customers through effective communication and efficient troubleshooting.  Address incidents, issues and process/system questions within established SLAs.  Become SME for Sales business processes to assist with system troubleshooting. Coordinate handoff and disposition of incidents and issues within the Support Team and with other cross-functional partners such as IT.  Analyze and proactively identify and help address trends in incidents and issues.  Report on key metrics and KPIs.  Participate in special projects and other duties as needed.  Work cooperatively and collaborate with all departments to accomplish goals.   This role sits in the business and not IT.

Responsibilities:



  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in providing support for Sales tools such as CRM, forecasting and related quote to cash systems.

  • Comfort in learning new technology and business processes.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is strongly preferred and working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products required.

  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail, excellent planning and organization skills and can adjust to changing demands with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.

  • Strong team player with the ability to build relationships and the experience collaborating with and supporting geographically dispersed users.
