We are looking for an Entry Level Outside Sales Rep to join our growing team.


If your passion is sales, educating potential clients and working in a fast-paced, fun sales team, then we might be right for you!


This is a great opportunity for an entry level sales representative. You will be part of a team dedicated to developing new business and establishing long-lasting relationships.


The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the acquisition of new customers and managing existing customers by calling on pharmacies in a designated territory. This will be achieved through daily prospecting, rapport building and conducting follow ups. Reps will be conducting consultative sales and presenting our unique value proposition. The candidate will be tasked with achieving a minimum quota and logging of all sales activities each day into a CRM.


The candidate will be effective at selling a solution, getting past gatekeepers and have the ability to relate to all staffing levels within the pharmacies.


Responsibilities:



  • Produce high quality territory management activities, including, building relationships and providing education while increasing brand awareness


  • Prospect for new clients


  • Meet activity goals established within the assigned territory for visits and other key outreach metrics


  • Deliver sales presentations and utilize effective sales techniques in order to influence target accounts


  • Maintain professional communication with management regarding activities, customer needs, and other business opportunities


  • Actively demonstrate a commitment to excellent service to all customers

This position is primarily responsible for growing sales in the North Central Region. FlashCo Sales Representatives carry out the mission and objectives of the Director of Sales and the Territory Sales Manager to achieve the desired outcomes. FlashCo's Sales Representatives represent the company in a professional and ethical manner possessing a high level of integrity.


SALES TERRITORY
The sales territory consists of the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Calls on roofing wholesale distributors and roofing contractors in sales territory.

  • Calls on new and existing accounts as directed by Territory Sales Manager.

  • Counts and maintains inventory when appropriate.

  • Suggests amounts to order and writes orders up when appropriate.

  • Drops off latest pricing, literature, samples, etc. on a regular basis.

  • Helps resolve issues and reports all issues to Territory Manager.

  • Ensures CRM database is maintained accurately in terms of current personnel, contact information and sales call data.

  • Recommends to Territory Sales Manager potential accounts, distributors or contractors that should be called on.

  • Maintains and builds relationships with new and existing accounts and all of their personnel.

  • Works account deep and wide…getting to know all employees of a branch. From branch managers and counter personnel to outside sales, accounting and yard personnel.

  • Quotes formally and informally when required. Enters sales orders when required. Works in sales office when required.

  • Provides pricing, product information, lead times etc. as required and as directed by Territory Sales Manager.

  • Provides product knowledge training sessions with our distributors and contractors.

  • Makes at least 30 - 40 sales calls per week.

  • Called on to make small deliveries to customers from time to time.

  • Highly collaborative with customer service representative…ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Reports virtually all communication, verbal and written, to Territory Sales Manager daily.

  • Formally (written) reports sales activity on a weekly basis.
