You will be responsible for driving company revenue around our Cheeta Single Person Golf Cart in your exclusive territory within the United States and Canada.​ Currently, there are 15,000 golf courses in the nation who are in the market for a lightweight single-person ADA-compliant golf cart mandated by the Department of Justice. In addition, these golf courses are seeking single person golf carts to shorten up the game to around 2 hours. We have it!

We are seeking a Customer Service & Support/ Sales Support Associate to assist with finding new clients and to assist existing partners and clients in the implementation and operations of the Chargerback Lost and Found web-based software system. We have the hardest working and loyal customer service and sales team members in the industry, and this allows you to be working with some of the most talented people in the area.


Responsibilities:



  • Provide the highest quality of customer/partner service while always keeping Company's values on the forefront.

  • Respond to Customer inquiries efficiently in a structured format – via email and calls.

  • Provide enthusiastic and professional sales demeanor while talking to potential clients and partners.

  • Multi-task between supporting clients and using these support opportunities to further new business development.

  • Motivated and autonomous, inspirational and always thinking and looking for pioneering opportunities.

  • Embrace accountability by providing weekly reports to management for proven results.

  • Be prepared to assist with other miscellaneous projects and tasks where needed.
