As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:

Persuasively and professionally selling optional services, vehicle upgrades and other products.

Supporting and servicing accounts (body shops, car dealerships, etc.) by picking up and delivering cars and representing Avis-Budget Group to customers of the accounts.
Maximizing margins by assisting with rental car upgrade presentations and car cleaning/servicing in the most expedient manner.
Protecting company assets through adherence to company policies and procedures.
Providing support for the branch's overall sales focus and processes.
Cleaning and servicing vehicles to current audit/quality standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This includes: no visible external dirt, inside is vacuumed and no trash from previous occupants, seats are clean of debris and stains, and fuel tank is full.

  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.

  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Qualifications:


  • At least six (6)months of experience in a role where sales and/or customer service is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to use proven sales techniques while providing a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Sales driven, self-motivated, personable and dependable.

  • Basic computer skills in order to input information into our database.

  • Available to work a varied and flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.

  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers.

  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.

  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
