Title: I.T. Facilities & Logistics Coordinator

Schedule: Full Time – 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday.

Position Summary: 

This is an entry level opportunity for a college graduate with a strong interest in Logistics, Information Technology and Facilities (LIFT). The individual will gain technical support (I.T.) skills and knowledge on the job and will have responsibilities revolving around logistics and facilities. Works directly with Department Director of LIFT.

Candidate Screening: 

Viable candidate will be required to complete a standardized on-line assessment (on site in San Ramon) prior to interview.

Education & Experience:


  • College Degree.

  • 1-2 years in an information technology-related position. Minimum Qualifications: (Please Note: Candidates not meeting minimum requirements will not be contacted by Human Resources)

  • Possess exceptional customer service skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office and GSuite applications.

Summary/Objective


Coordinates the receiving and inventory management of aftermarket vehicle accessories.


The Shipping / Receiving / Inventory Clerk assists shop Installers in finding components for vehicle installations. 


The person in this role will also interact with customers to order and direct ship accessories to customers.


Essential Functions

1.       Receive, count, and inspect inventory.


2.       Palletize, box, and prepare inventory for shipping.

At Spectrum Label, a Resource Label Group company we are a manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels. Utilizing state-of-the-art flexographic and digital printing technology we partner with our customers in addressing their toughest application challenges – from concept and design, through print production and label application within any of our 18 sites nationwide!


We are currently seeking candidates to join our production team as a Shipping / Receiving Clerk for our Hayward, CA location.


Shipping / Receiving Clerk Duties:



  • Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.

  • Responsible for all UPS , FEDEX, incoming and out going shipments

  • Fills requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distributes items to production floor.

  • Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.

  • Marks materials with identifying information.

  • Opens bales, crates and other containers.

  • Drives lift truck to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or to pick up items from several locations for shipment.

  • Completes requisition forms to order supplies from other plant departments.

  • Delivers product to customers using company-owned vehicles.

  • Maintains inventory records.

  • Keeps work areas clear and organized; maintains housekeeping standards


Qualifications:



  • Valid driver's license

  • Fork lift certified

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk


Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94089


Pay Rate: $18/hr.
Work Days: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm (40 hrs./week)
Job Type: Temp to Perm    


 


Qualifications:



  • Customer Service

  • Good email communication skills

  • Attention to detail 

  • Employee must be able to lift 50Ibs and push 200Ibs.

  •  At times extensive walking and standing.


 


Responsibilities:



  • Shipping packages domestic and international.

  •  Entering packages into our internal tracking system.

  •  Moving pallets / delivering pallets.

  • Stocking office supplies in copy rooms.
