Pointsmith Exhibits is a full-service trade show and event marketing firm specializing in creating memorable trade show displays, corporate interiors, and corporate events. Our client centric approach is always to get the right message to the right audience.


Our team is seeking a skilled Account Executive dedicated to providing solutions within domestic and international markets. The Ideal candidate will have an established success record in trade show exhibit sales. Expectations include prospecting, presenting high-level branding and marketing strategies and closing new business.


This role will be instrumental in acquiring new business opportunities specifically for trade show exhibit sales. It is crucial this candidate has large client relationships with no previous non-compete clauses.



  • New business development prospecting via phone, email, trade shows, etc.

  • Identify and qualify business opportunities

  • Develop and deliver concise sales messages, proposals and presentations

  • Utilize follow-up relationship building strategies to ensure frequent client interaction.

  • Work with internal teams to develop and implement sales and marketing programs designed to expand client base

  • Analyze effectiveness of all selling and marketing efforts and take actions to continually improve results

  • Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products and customer needs/insights

  • Ability to achieve and/or exceed sales goals



  • Bachelor's degree, preferably business/marketing/communications emphasis or equivalent industry experience.

  • Prior sales experience (3+ years) in agency or exhibit environment with an emphasis on consultative account management experience and new business development

  • Proven track record of success with cold calling, networking, and relationship development

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Strong written, verbal communication and collaborative skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Results oriented individual with proven sales success

  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing shot and long-term vision and strategy to achieve target sales objectives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Travel required - up to 50%

Job Description

 Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a Metal Stamping Manufacturer whose looking to add a Purchasing Manager to their team in Northbrook, IL 

This person will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving Cost Reduction Activities within the Facility through Purchasing Activities, and Vendor Related Activities

  • Negotiations with Key Local Suppliers and Contract Management

  • Administrative and Maintenance of Key SAP activities, including pricing changes, MRO master setups, New Supplier Setup, Scheduling Agreements

  • Evaluate new component quotes with buyer and determine which metal supplier will be awarded new business (sourcing decision)

  • Capital equipment procurement and budgetary tracking, along with Capital Project Management


  • College Degree or five (5) years as a purchasing supervisor or manager in a manufacturing environment

  • Computer literate with Windows applications.

  • Experience with MRP systems.

  • Strong ability to work with spreadsheets and numerical data.

  • Negotiation Skills, Project Management, and highly Analytical.

  • Able to interpret engineering drawings (blueprints).
