Fogcutter Catering is hiring a new Director of Corporate Catering. This new manager will be heading up our corporate department, which makes up 35% of our yearly catering revenue. We’re looking for someone who is super organized, great with people, enjoys wearing a lot of hats, and is not afraid to jump in and get their hands dirty helping out at events. Your job would involve lots of office work (communicating with all clients leading up to their event and back end event preparation) but will also require an ability to manage events on site, and to be able to manage the big picture aspects of directing the course of an entire department. Main job responsibilities include:


  • Set yearly pricing & offerings for corporate catering

  • Manage all communication with corporate clients

  • Oversee all back end event prep for corporate events

  • Design decor / food station themes 

  • Act as onsite event producer at corporate events as needed

  • Oversee all marketing, sales, & outreach programs for corporate clients

  • Meet set sales goals through client retention and outreach


  • Track all financials (sales, budget, event costs, etc) for corporate department

Baker & Commons opened in May 2018 and is a favorite in the neighborhood.  We are serving high quality food in a fast paced environment.  There are opportunities to cross train as a barista, cashier and line cook so that everyone can help out when needed.

We are preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner from behind our front counter. We make everything from scratch and our baked goods are made in house.
