JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you enjoy walking around the city, exploring real estate, and taking photos? Then this is the role for you!

We're looking for outgoing individuals to join our team of photographers on a part-time basis. Responsibilities include taking photos and videos of vacant apartments in Manhattan, and uploading them to our platform.

Approximately 10-15 hours/week. This is a highly flexible role - great for students, actors, or artists with an interest in photography, real estate, or startups.

Photography experience NOT required (quick training provided). Please see an example listing here.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with NYC neighborhoods
  • Comfortable with electronics / technology
  • Comfortable interacting with people (i.e. doormen, leasing managers, etc.)
  • Minimum 10 hours availability during business hours (Mon-Fri, 10am-5pm)
  • Must live within a short commute to midtown Manhattan

COMPENSATION

$15 per hour + subway travel reimbursement. Hours are flexible (10-15 hours per week).We provide all necessary equipment and training.

The Product Photographer is responsible for daily product photography and image editing. The ideal candidate must have technical photography background and experience shooting product in a high volume, fast-paced environment. We are seeking a self-motivated photographer who have extensive knowledge in Photoshop, Light room, and other photo applications to join our team.


Responsibilities:



  • The photographer must maintain an efficient workflow and be able to work within a team and in most cases individually.

  • Photograph and retouch product shots in a fast-paced timeframe.

  • Be prepared to photograph merchandise according to company standards and guidelines.

  • Photo editing which includes but not limited to retouching, sizing, color correcting, correct imperfections using adobe Photoshop.

  • Retouch product photos with graphic department assistance and/or on their own.

  • Knowledge of object and background separation in Photoshop.

  • Assisting in managing company’s photo database.

  • Participate in special projects, as needed both on-site and off-site.

  • Knowledge of digital photography and light.

  • Organize and maintain product for all photoshoots

  • Perform other duties as may be requested by management.


Qualifications:



  • Team player with exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills.

  • Extremely organized, collaborative, responsible, and detailed oriented.

  • Positive and professional demeanor.

  • Excellent time and project management skills

  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Lightroom.

  • This is a Mid-level position. You must have at least 2-3 years of experience.

  • Able to lift weights up to 25 lbs.

  • Must be available Monday-Friday and commit 40 hours per week.

  • Degree/Certificate in Art or related field preferred, or commensurate experience.

  • Competitive salary based on experience.

  • Retail or E-commerce experience desired.

 Job Title: Newborn Photographer


Reports To: District Manager


FLSA Status: Non-Exempt


Department: Hospital Operations

Mom365 photographer interacts with moms, families, and our hospital partners to provide a delightful experience of capturing the newborn’s first moments. If you are self-motivated, like flexible hours and working independently, Mom365 is looking for you! Earn commission on selling products and services to Moms and Families. Great customer service and sales skills are a plus!


·         Develop and foster an excellent customer service relationship with Mom, Families, and Mom365 Hospital Partners (including the hospital staff)


·         Photograph newborn babies in a hospital setting with Mom365 photography equipment and meet company expectations for photo per hour


·         Photograph newborns in accordance with the Mom365 Official Approved poses


·         Maintain professionalism when adjusting work routines to accommodate any special emotion and/or physical conditions of Moms’ and babies


·         Comply with hospital policies, HIPAA regulations, security, safety, sanitation, and infection control guideline


·         Present and sell Mom365 products by using Mom365 Official Bedside Presentation


·         Meet sales goals and targets


·         Perform maintenance of camera equipment to avoid service problems


·         Organize and maintain supplies and marketing material


·         Develop and maintain a team player relationship with co-workers, the District Manager, and Hospital Partners.
