Counter/Desk Attendant

Our Counter/Desk Attendants are the “air traffic controllers” of our centers—greeting guests in person and by phone and relaying details about our venues, pricing, and promotions/specials. These team members understand that exceptional guest interactions are at the core of the AMF experience and in their roles they tackle a host of guest needs—providing our customers with the proper equipment; ensuring that this equipment is clean and organized; managing customer flow, tracking lane availability, and maximizing lane usage; and following all cash-control procedures when ringing sales at the front counter.

Bartender

Can you make a mean margarita? Do you mix and pour like there’s no tomorrow? Do you like the idea of working a bar that’s not your typical bar? If so, then you might be one of our next great laneside bartenders. Our Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as items from our signature menu. Successful members of our bar staff will mix drinks according to our own in-house standard and seize upon every opportunity to upsell, making friendly recommendations to our guests. As one of our bartenders, you’ll be sure to comply with all alcohol service regulations and provide responsible alcohol sales and service to our guests.

Food & Beverage Attendant

Our F&B Attendants are committed to world-class service—taking menu orders and delivering our delicious food and beverage items pleasantly and efficiently to our guests. As an F&B attendant, you’ll be responsible for ringing orders at the F&B Counter, accepting payment from and making change for our guests, and responsibly selling/serving alcohol to guests of legal drinking age—all in a way that is personal, professional, and pleasant

Lane Servers

Lane Servers inform our guests about our fine selection of food and drink and deliver desired menu selections to guests dining both in our concourse and on the lanes. These team members exhibit world-class service by taking menu orders, reviewing orders for accuracy and delivering these orders speedily, and by accepting payments and making change for our guests. Lane Servers, however, do more than just deliver food and drink; they maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, our current promotions, and our specials. Lane Servers routinely check back with their guests—anticipating needs and exceeding expectations—all with the ultimate goal of providing the highest level of guest care

Porter

Our Porters play an important role, providing exceptional guest service while maintaining a clean and sanitary in-center experience. These team members tackle some dirty jobs— emptying trash cans, sanitizing our kitchen and bars areas, and responding to accidental spills and messes within the center—and help keep our centers looking amazing.

C-Mechanic/Entry-Level Mechanic

Mechanically minded folks, listen up: weíre currently on the lookout for a new crop of talented professionals to join us on the lanes as entry-level mechanics (or ìC-mechanicsî). What do our C-mechanics do? The simple answer: whatever it takes to keep the party rollingóclearing pin jams, resolving issues with our ball returns, and tackling other malfunctions that may unexpectedly... strike. You will take part in our rigorous yet rewarding training program and assist our more experienced B-Mechanics in performing both urgent repairs and preventative maintenanceóand usually while people are bowling around you. Sound interesting? (Spoiler alert: it is.)
