    Job Description

Rewarding Pediatric LVN and RN assignments!

In-home skilled nursing care is a unique and often unknown nursing resource in the community that supports those in need the most. Many patients with complex medical needs prefer to remain at home verses a long-term facility placement. Experts also agree that medically fragile patients often thrive at home with quality nursing care and familiar surroundings. Currently, access to this care for those in need is limited. There are simply more patients in need than the number of providers can accommodate.

At Always Home Nursing, we are committed to helping patients in the community and need YOU to help us carry out that mission. Many nurses are not familiar with this realm of nursing and we would love an opportunity to speak with you and explain this wonderful service and how you can play a key role in helping the most vulnerable patients in the community.

We serve mostly pediatric patients, and some adults. Our scope of nursing treatments generally includes, but is not limited to, enteral feeding support, medication administration, tracheostomy care and ventilator care. Continuity is essential in achieving positive outcomes and many of our Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses have been with their patients for multiple years. The impact they make and sense of reward they experience is unmatched.

Please call today and at a minimum learn about this avenue of patient care and the many ways you can participate and make a direct difference in the lives of these children.

Nurses with one year or more nursing experience are encouraged to contact our office at 916-989-6420 or fax your resume to 916-989-8635. You may also visit our website at www.alwayshomenursing.com and apply directly online.

*New Graduate or nurses without a year of experience are encouraged to call to inquire about our limited program flex opportunities. This would entail an extensive training program serving as a pathway to valuable experience and obtaining treatment skills needed to advance a nursing career, all with the rewarding benefits of direct patient care.
