  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in psychology, early childhood education/development, or related field (preferred), OR, the equivalent of 2 years of college coursework at an accredited college or university,

  • One or more years of related experience with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities (preferred)

  • Works with children on the floor or at small tables

  • Demonstrates good judgment, decision-making, and communication skills

  • Exercises discretion and maintain confidentiality

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Start times for classes can vary anywhere between 1PM and 4PM, depending on the school

  • Teachers must be willing to pick-up, drop-off, and transport supplies in their vehicle

  • Must have prior experience working with children

  • Background in education and prior experience teaching is a plus

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience managing a classroom

We are looking for service merchandisers to service hats part time in a major drug store chain.

Job duties include:

Monthly, Bi-weekly, or weekly service by store basis

Cleaning and organizing hat area

Taking an inventory of product and submitting via email or fax

Putting out newly shipped product

Minor rack repairs

Communicating with office staff of any issues you encounter

Communicating with store managers and other staff professionally

Job Requirements:

Must have transportation

Must have access to email

Must have access to printer

Basic knowledge of computers

Able to work independently

Previous experience as a merchandiser a plus

Merchandisers are paid as independent contractors on a 1099 basis. Payment is based per store and varies due to distance and time required in store. Average call is 30 minutes and average pay rate is $17.50/store. All pay is direct deposit, no paper checks.

We are seeking a Full Time Senior Decorative Arts Specialist to join our team of experienced appraisers and art advisors.

Appraisal duties 

· A minimum 50% of your allocated time will devoted to appraisal work (video inventories, appraisal via photographs, onsite appraisals, inventory, etc.)

· Provide pre-appraisal consultation with clients

· Review insurance schedules

· Assist other appraisers with valuation consultations

· Provide Annual Reviews of existing appraisal clients

· Coordinate regionally and internationally for multi-territorial appraisals with advisory potential

· Researching and cataloguing for appraisal all areas of personal property

· Photograph art and objects

· Assist in preparing market analytic reports

· Assist in creation of fact sheets for potential buyers and sellers

· Prepare onsite condition reports for the purpose of appraisal

· Travel to clients will be an essential component of the position

Consignment (Assisting Kerry Lee Jeffery – Director of Consignment)

· Work with clients and sales team to manage and place consignments in appropriate venues globally.

o Meet with auction houses, dealers and individual brokers 

o Negotiate on behalf of PMAA clients

· Maintain an acceptable profit margin through development and adherence to an annual expense budget to include:

o Marketing- including collateral, sponsorships, advertising, etc.

o Travel & Entertainment

o Social and professional club dues

Art Advisory

· Develop new advisory clients through cultivating existing clients, as well as seeking out new opportunities through referral sources and existing relationships

· Assist senior sales in shepherding new advisory clients through both private and auction opportunities

· Work with clients and sales team to manage and place consignments in appropriate venues globally

o Meet with auction houses, dealers, and individual brokers and create IC contracts

o Negotiate on behalf of Pall Mall clients

· Maintain an acceptable profit margin through development and adherence to an annual e budget, to include:

o Marketing, including collateral, sponsorships, advertising, etc.

o Travel and entertainment

o Social and professional club dues

· New Business Relationships: Represent Pall Mall Art Advisors with existing and new COI partners including but not limited to the legal community, accountants, wealth advisors and risk advisors. 

· Assist in preparing market analytic reports

· Assist in creation of fact sheets for potential buyers and sellers

· You will directly bring in and cultivate a minimum of $120,000 of additional income from new advisory or new appraisal clients within the time period of your contract, inclusive of cultivated clients in New York City, the Mid-Atlantic states and Texas.


USPAP Compliant

Minimum of 5 years appraisal experience

Minimum of 5 years auction experience

Member of either AAA/ISA/ASA (If not a member, candidate shows willingness to apply as a member).

Expertise in the decorative arts

Public speaking experience a plus

Job Description:  We are looking for an office manager to join the leadership team onsite at our early childhood center on the Stanford University campus. This position is responsible for greeting children and families, managing phone calls, maintaining administrative documents and files, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding family and staff information, school calendaring and scheduling, supply ordering and working with vendors, among other various administrative tasks. Additionally, our office manager will support our early childhood classrooms, on an as needed basis.  The ideal candidates will be friendly, flexible, professional and reliable. This position requires an individual who manages their time effectively and independently, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, communicates clearly, and thrives in a dynamic work environment.  This position is full-time and reports to the center director. 

Job Duties:

  • Welcomes children, families, and visitors, in person or on the telephone, in a warm and friendly manner. 

  • Answers or refers inquiries and directs visitors. Maintains security by following center procedures.

  • Maintains a safe and clean lobby area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

  • Contributes to team effort by working closely with the Leadership team. Takes initiative, manages time wisely, and reliably completes assigned tasks. 

  • Supports classrooms, as needed. This may include stepping into a classroom to support required teacher-child ratios. Experience working in an early childhood center ideal (12 core ECE units a plus). 

  • Develops a system for auditing center files. Maintains organization and systems for keeping administrative paperwork. 

  • Completes supply orders for center. 

  • Maintains school calendar of events; creates flyers and reminders for staff and families.  

  • Flexible with needs of Leadership team; demonstrates integrity when communicating with all staff, children, and families; team player with a positive attitude. 

Receptionist Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office  

  • Professionalism 

  • Organization skills  

  • A demonstrated interest to working on behalf of children and families is not required, but a plus!
