*Associate's degree in accounting or business administration. Excellent knowledge of general accounting principles.

*At least one year bookkeeping experience, preferably within a business-services environment.

*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

*Attention to detail and accuracy of work.

Help provide a full range of Engineering Project Management Support to the 366th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) to strengthen Mountain Home Air Force Base (MHAFB) sustainable infrastructure.


Responsibilities:


Responsible for all facets of Project Management and Project Development. Overall project management includes support for Facilities, Sustainment, Restoration, Modernization Design and management of Real Property Records and Inspections.



  • Manage cradle to grave project planning, design, construction management, and closeout support phases for multi-discipline, minor and complex projects involving utilities, airfield pavements, and facility structures including hangars, technical facilities, water and waste water treatment facilities, aircraft operations and maintenance facilities; and office facilities.

  • Develop requirements based on customer input as well as compliance with Air Force guidance; contract development; review, and management of Architecture & Engineering plans, designs and specifications, maintainability reviews.

  • Prepare detailed Government Cost Estimate preparation, technical evaluations and reviews, project statement of work, statement of objectives or statement of need (SOW/SOO/SON) preparation; assist in advocating for project funding and prioritization.

  • Develop all project requirements to comply with current Federal, State, Local, Air Force, HQ ACC, AFRC, AFCEC and BAFB engineering plans and specifications criteria Unified Facility Criteria (UFC), International Building Code, National Fire Protection Association (UFC, IBC, NFPA) and standard commercial practices.

  • Assess validity, feasibility, and impacts (economic, environmental, etc.) of short- and long-range plans, projects, and base development actions, and integrating with overall installation plans, making recommendations to the Government.

  • Evaluate and recommend programs and development plans for new construction, renovation, and improvements of real property facilities, including utility systems.

  • Coordinate construction activities between customer/user (Fire Protection, Safety, Bio-Environmental Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Communications Squadron, Contracting, Security, Operations, and Engineering); Ensures all applicable permits are requested and approved.

  • Conduct construction inspection, and related services necessary to support the execution of assigned projects.

  • Manage schedules, support project level meetings, database support, and budget submittals.

  • Prepare presentations including renderings, storyboards, slideshows, handouts, models and briefings, as required.

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert non-voting team member supporting contract proposal evaluation; coordinate Pre-Proposal site visits, responding to Request for Information, and providing technical evaluation of resulting proposals.


Experience/Education Required:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited university or college.

  • Eight (8) years of applicable Engineering or Construction Management experience.  

  • Experience with Environmental Compliance (NEPA, Permits, Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Wastes, Recycling, Historical Protection, and others).

  • Experience developing estimates using RS Means.

  • Familiarity with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) guidance documents.

  • Experience with MILCON projects desirable.

Overview

St. Lukes is looking for an CT Technologist to join us in our strategy to be the communitys trusted partner in providing exceptional, patient- centered care.

 

The CT Technologist performs computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury using a CT scanning device according to protocols established by radiologists.

Responsibilities

  • Collect key information from the patient, family, provider, and nurses that are specific to the exam being performed in order to assist the provider in the proper diagnosis.
  • Educate patient, family or provider as to the extent and detail of each procedure, including informed consent as well as pre-and post-procedure instructions.
  •  Ensure the proper exam is being administered to the patient. Consult ordering provider as needed.

Qualifications


  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
    • Computed Tomographic (CT) certification.
    • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification.

Position Summary

AutoZone's Part-Time Retail Sales Associates drive sales through superior customer service by exceeding customer expectations and providing a WOW! Customer Service experience. While assisting customers, the Retail Sales Associate will perform daily assigned duties and remain compliant with company procedures in accordance to AutoZone expectations by Living the Pledge every day.

Position Responsibilities


  • Provides WOW! Customer Service


  • Ensures assigned store tasks are completed in a timely manner on assigned shift


  • Operates cash registers and follows established cash handling procedures


  • Follows company policies and loss prevention procedures


  • Maintains a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)


  • Maintains store appearance and merchandising standards as directed


  • Ensures that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas


  • Utilizes ZNET to help customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives


  • Maintains product knowledge and current promotions through AutoZone systems and information sources


  • Practices GOTTChA and assists with the installation of wipers blades, batteries and light bulbs


  • Utilizes OBDII to read codes from customers automobiles


  • Ability to diagnose automobile problems and recommend solutions


  • Communicates with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters


  • Actively engaged in developing more effective customer service skills


  • Provides honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers expectations


Position Requirements


  • High School diploma or equivalent


  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required


  • Excellent communication and decision making skills


  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise


  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs, including holidays, evenings and weekend shifts
