We're looking to add a full-time employee to join our team. You're our front-line customer service team and should be comfortable meeting, talking, and wowing clients with your amazing customer service skills. We expect you to actively contribute to improving the company's overall operations. This is a role for someone who wants to grow with a company and be part of a winning team.

Personal accountability, integrity, and excellence is expected and demanded at all times.

Shift start time is typically 5:30 am (7am currently but will move earlier) and our routes are typically completed between 1pm-4pm. Our best drivers have typically earned 5+ hours of OT a week.

Some of your daily responsibilities will include: Pick-up and delivery of cases of snacks, drinks, alcohol, kegs, and everything else that our office clients need. Working with the team to pick, pack, and load outbound orders. Stocking inventory at client sites ensuring it's picture-perfect everytime. Helping to monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels. Aiding in the quality control process (FIFO) to ensure the highest possible client experience. Light preventative equipment maintenance.Other duties as assigned.

Our team will provide you with each day's routes and instructions for each client's delivery destination.No experience with delivery necessary. We will provide training! 

You will need a State Driver's License and a clean driving record. If you move further through in the interview process, we will require a Motor Vehicle Report from you to proceed!

Compensation

Full-Time W2 role- Salary $20.00/hr to start. Current team annual average 45k/year (40k low - 52k high). Overtime available and scheduled raises for top performers.

Field Force Merchandising has several Senior Coordinator & Project Coordinator positions available in the retail & merchandising store remodeling installation industry throughout the Eastern US. Our teams work inside retail/grocery clients on projects ranging from new stores, resets and remodels to nationwide roll-outs and regional resets.


We are currently seeking candidates for the Lead Coordinator positions to supervise reset/remodel teams in major retail chains. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of experience with retail store remodels, retail installations and merchandising, light construction, and managing crews in this industry.


REQUIREMENTS:



  • Available for 6-week training to begin mid to late June. Travel Required.

  • Must be able to perform repetitive bending, standing, and walking up to 8 hours a day, and be able to pull, push and lift materials up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be physically able to climb ladders up to 6 ft. high safely and must not be afraid of heights.

  • Must be available for varied shifts including over-night shifts.

  • Maintain a consistent work record, including reporting on-time, work within strict safety guidelines and adhere to company's rules and policies.

This position is working on a team performing a total store reset/remodel. This role will be responsible for a large scale store reset moving merchandise, fixtures and shelving signage, and product tags on shelving. Travel to other store projects in the region will be required.

  • Prior experience with gondola moving systems such as gondola train, gondola skate, and scorpion moving systems.

  • Experience dismantling, assembling and placement of a wide variety of retail fixtures and gondolas.

  • Have a solid background in the safe use of basic hand tools including hammers, scrapers and drills as well as other common equipment such as pallet jacks, following all Company and Client safety practices without exception.

  • Ability to read and interpret retailer-specific Plan-O-Grams to perform required merchandising activities and fixture installations (POG, MOD setting) per instructions.

  • Arrangement and placement of gondolas and displays in accordance with blueprints and plan-o-grams.

  • Carpentry skills are a plus.

  • Have a demonstrated ability to interact with clients and team members in an efficient, professional manner.

  • Responsible for compliance with all safety program requirements

  • Serve as the main liaison between the construction team and merchandise team.

  • Knowledge and experience using standard Windows and Google software.

Our teams work inside retail/grocery clients on projects ranging from new stores, resets and remodels to nationwide roll-outs and regional resets.


We are currently seeking candidates for the Lead Coordinator positions to supervise reset/remodel teams in major retail chains. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of experience with retail store remodels, retail installations and merchandising, light construction, and managing crews in this industry.

We are seeking a Part Time Retail Merchandiser. Our merchandisers must possess excellent organizational skills and must be able to adapt easily to day to day changes in order overcome execution obstacles in the store. The ability to receive weekly shipments and basic use of tools is required.


Job Requirements

2. Pricing and labeling


3. Maintaining full distribution and display of products in assigned accounts.

Skill Requirements


1. Must be able to reach, lift, stoop, bend, and carry items.


2. Must be comfortable with technology and building out product displays.

4. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including Tuesday and Friday mornings, some nights, overnights and a minimum of one 4 hour weekend shift based on store requirements.


5. Ideal candidates will have retail, or merchandising, or customer service, or warehouse, however no experience is required training is provided.


6. High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
