Description


  • Diagnose/troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, drains, water supply and gas equipment

  • Replace new fixtures, faucets and equipment as needed

  • Snake drains and make repairs to systems both inside and exterior of the building

  • Repair gas, water and drain leaks in a professional manner for long lasting results

  • Present options and pricing to customers 

  • Complete approved repairs/improvements in a timely manner and collect payment

Hours & Working Conditions


  • Average 40 hours per week (typically 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays)

  • Overtime as required

  • Rotating weekends schedule as required

  • May work outside, in crawlspaces, and attics

  • Knowledge of connecting methods for copper, PVC, PEX, CSST, ABS and other types of pipe

  • Knowledge of safe handling of power tools and specialized plumbing tools

  • Lifting and physical exertion required 

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Troubleshoot plumbing equipment including toilets, shower and bath valves, disposals, instant hot water dispensers, water heaters, tankless water heaters, drain, water supply and gas piping

  • Present findings and options to customers, providing advise as needed/requested

  • Complete approved repairs, improvements, or installations within industry standard hours per repair pricing guide

  • Clean equipment/work area

  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon completion of work

  • Complete all paperwork required by management, collect for work performed

  • Maintain truck inventory, keep assigned service vehicle organized and clean

  • Track vehicle maintenance and alert management when maintenance is necessary

  • Contact the office following the completion of each call, providing requested information regarding the work completed, and receiving dispatch instructions for the next call

  • Provide customers with information and pricing on service agreements, accessories, and other comfort improvements

  • Provide customers with information on new equipment when repairs exceed a pre-determined cost and/or existing equipment exceeds 10 years of age

  • Perform equipment installations if needed

  • Perform maintenance work if needed

  • Identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvements

  • Other duties as needed 

Job Requirements


  • Journeyman license or equivalent

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

  • Valid drivers license

  • Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws for home service companies and by company insurance carrier(s)

  • Ability to troubleshoot and provide repairs at the service technician level

  • Two or more years of experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, or service technician

  • Standard plumbing technician tools

  • Neat, clean, professional appearance

We are looking for a relationship with a journeyman electrician with experience. Licensed or working on License is OK. Working with our small Team means that honesty, integrity, good communication skills, attention to detail and health and safety consciousness are a must. Must be able to take instruction and learn on the job. 

 

Applicant MUST be knowledgeable in Electrical Theory, Codes and Practice relating to residential and light commercial work. Must be proficient in the use of romex, MC cable, flexible metal conduit EMT and Rigid conduit (up to 2”). Also including ability to “cut-in” receptacles, lighting outlets and switches, plan and do Service changes, sub panel installation, kitchen and bath remodels, lighting and power outlets, A/C and EV, etc. as well as Troubleshooting and repair. We often deal with old knob and tube wiring and Low voltage wiring including phone, CATV and Ethernet. Will need tools, vehicle and phone. 

Hourly wages for P/T, F/T based on experience (typically $35-$50).

Responsibilities


  • Partner with Operations team to assess needs for shop maintenance and repairs and perform both preventative and regular maintenance on all assigned areas, placing special focus on minimizing system downtime

  • Own the communication/coordination between General Managers and contractors on ETAs, parts & repairs, proposals and repair completion follow-up

  • Routinely visit our locations to ensure job completion, a clean environment, and cost-effective operation 

  • Operate and maintain delivery vehicles

  • Develop predictive and preventative maintenance plans and implement them to ensure decrease in repairs and breakdowns

  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance

  • Manage relationships with Landlords, property owners, contractors and service providers

  • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

Requirements


  • 2+ years experience in facility operations and maintenance/repair

  • Broad Knowledge of maintenance strategies and tactics

  • General mechanical knowledge for building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and an understanding of common maintenance issues and their fixes

  • Weekend availability will be required

  • Authorized to work in the United States

Summary – You will be in the field completing the physical installation of Structured Cabling systems and working closely with the Project Management team to ensure successful implementations.


· Pulling Low Voltage Cable (Cat 5, 5e, 6, 6a, etc…)


· Ability to perform Field Terminations


· Experience with Rack and Stack installations


· Additional experience working with Speaker Wire, HDMI and Audio Visual wiring a plus


· Pulling and terminating Fiber is a primary function of this role


· High level understanding of IDF, MDF and Data Center builds


· Able to install cable support material such as J-Hooks, Cable Tray, Ladder Rack, etc…


· Capable of receiving site deliveries and staging the project material for installation


· Adept at reviewing floor plans, line diagrams and rack elevations to ensure successful installation


· Submitting Daily Reports to the office to outline project status and work performed


· Interface with customers on each job site representing Mason Technologies with respect and integrity


· Leave each job site clean and organized at the end of each day and spot checked at the completion of each project

Position Title: Commercial Sourcing Specialist
Reports To: Senior Sourcing Manager

Purpose of Role
Sourcing is responsible for $1.4B in ingredients and packaging material for the North America business and makes up the largest expense, nearly 40% of our business costs. This role is accountable for identifying & delivering annual Cost Savings opportunities of 4-6% and economical product manufacturing and innovation for our business. Experience creating should-cost models and cleansheets highly desired. Packaging or animal proteins commodity sourcing and category management expertise helpful.

Principal Accountabilities



  • Utmost responsibility is the achievement of savings through the continuous benchmarking of different components and of different product solutions while keeping the same level of quality.

  • Develop “Should-Cost” models/clean sheets of materials which requires a deep understanding of cost drivers and the manufacturing process in order to identify areas for cost savings opportunity:

    • Analyze costs built from existing bills of materials

    • Identify the various resources available to gather the appropriate data needed to build a cost model

    • Evaluate current specifications and compare to industry standard to identify potential cost savings through alignment

    • Ability to calculate yields, overhead, labor & profit in order to determine a fair price

    • Identify savings opportunities and provide guidance/insight to sourcing managers for supplier negotiations

    • Apply this knowledge to influence Business Management Teams, future product roadmap, and sourcing decisions.



  • Support Sourcing Managers in:

    • Building category strategies, supply base, and business environment to provide creative supply solutions minimizing supply risk

    • Provide analytical support and input for forecasts, capacity planning, various procurement requests (RFI, RFP, RFQ, etc.), negotiations, procurement strategies, cash delivery, and other procurement tools

    • Analyzing supplier quotations and bids to co-develop product recommendations

    • Potential stretch opportunity to support other categories outside of current raw material focus.



  • Develop materials, systems, methods, and recommended materials to assure the most economical product manufacturing, through a continuous benchmark activity.

  • Plan and direct teardowns (including via 3rd parties) to obtain valid cost benchmark

  • Partner with Suppliers and R&D team to evaluate products made with different ingredients and identify the opportunity costs associated with each ingredient

  • Deliver market information and analysis to drive business understanding of sourcing categories. This can include leading creation and implementation of strategic supplier initiatives to deliver sustained competitive advantage.
