Major responsibilities

Our logistic team help us deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a stocker, it means:


  • Unloading and restocking our products for different locations distributed over the Bay Area in an accurate and timely manner

  • Set up and install machine for new sites

  • Checking inventory and supply levels at our storage

  • Simple troubleshooting and repair machines if necessary

Requirements:


  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

  • Must have High School diploma or equivalent

  • Must have a valid driver license

  • Driving record must meet Yo-Kai Express' policy requirements

  • Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays and be on-call as directed by the business.

  • Must be able to legally be employed in the United States.

We are willing to train, having logistics, engineering, sales, or marketing background is a plus!

The Company:

Moustache Coffee Club is a specialty coffee subscription company. We want everyone to enjoy incredible coffee every time they brew, so we focus on shipping high-quality coffees to our members' homes. We try to provide top-quality coffee without the snobby barista attitude - and a big part of that is making sure our beans are packed and shipped to a high-quality standard.

The Role:

We're looking for help on our production team. This means preparing coffee bags, boxes, and packaging materials ahead of roast day - and then filling those bags, packing up those boxes, and getting them ready to ship once the coffee's roasted. It's repetitive, process-driven work - great for listening to music or podcasts. We'll also send you home with some free coffee each week!

We prepare bags and boxes on Sunday afternoons, and pack the coffee on Mondays. These are the only days that we have access to the shared roasting facility we use, so interested applicants must be available Sundays 3:30p-8:30p & Mondays 7:30a-3:30p.

Mail Room / Supply Clerk Job Description:


This position is responsible for filing, sorting, and distributing incoming mail as well as collect and process outgoing mail. Will be required to operate mail processing machines or process by hand, to fold, stuff, seal and meter mail. The individual will prepare materials to be shipped as well as receive and restock incoming materials in central supply.


Solid organizational skills are required to accurately assemble documents, deliver and collect mail from departments in a timely manner and according to established schedule.  The individual must demonstrate attention to detail while sorting and filing by numerical code.  This position also provides a variety of key routine support duties such as performing company business deliveries and ordering mailroom supplies.


Qualification & Background:  


The ideal candidate must demonstrate sound basic communication skills (English) in speech, reading and writing.  Must be able to operate a motor vehicle safely and maintain a valid drivers’ license. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


Education & Experience:  


Education requirements include the equivalent to completion of high school curriculum. Coursework in office skills and one or more years of work experience involving mailroom or supply duties is preferred.

Responsibilities:



  • Provides operations functions in one or all of the following areas within a Legal office/environment: operates high volume duplicating equipment, performs associated copying tasks, operates high volume document scanning equipment, operate high volume mail processing equipment.

  • Ships and receives product and supplies, sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, as well as applies necessary postage.

  • Provides copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment. May also perform one of the following at entry level: bindery, QC and final check, housekeeping, file services, call center representative, etc.

  • This position reports directly to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager, depending on site personnel configuration. Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.

  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential documents that may be time sensitive. Provide upmost in quality work due to the sensitive nature of documents and projects that are required in a legal environment. Operate high volume scanners. Operate image handling software. Operate MS Office and Email systems

  • Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections. Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems. Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.

  • Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required. Calculates charges for jobs performed and maintains some billing logs.

  • Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer. May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests. Delivers completed jobs to pre-determined customer locations within and outside of the site. Maintains daily meter and service logs. May travel between customer’s buildings. Answers customer questions regarding status or feasibility of job requests.

  • Ensures upkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping neat and well stocked. Performs duties related to the shipping and/or receiving of materials. Uses shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machine, stackers, electric stapler and scales in completion of various jobs contracted. Uses all copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter and some PC. Performs filing duties, which may include ‘purging’ and archiving old documents.

  • Performs duties of scanning, file conversion and file naming. Performs FTP (File Transfer Protocol) between computers and files for printing and CS/DVD. Manage TOC (Table of Contents) – first page of electronic file. Perform duties that involve OCR (Optical Character Recognition) files to assist with key word search.

  • Perform file formatting for printing/Excel files. Assist with coordinating projects that will be completed off site (BIS or Smart Source). Responsible for interacting and providing professional level support to users at various levels, including: legal secretaries, project managers, paralegals, associates and partners. Perform quality accurate jobs/projects that may require tight deadlines and potentially under high pressure. Performs other duties as assigned.
