HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

Assisting the Shipping Manager as directed in receiving, sorting and storing products

Inspecting products for any damage before packing

Picking and packing products for shipment

Posting shipping and weight charges

Keeping warehouse and shipping spaces clean and hazard-free

WHAT YOU HAVE:

Proof of age (must be at least 18 years old)

Position Purpose:
The Mail Room Processing Clerk is responsible for processing, capturing, and importing all incoming medical records for review from all delivery services including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The Mail Room Processing Clerk also prepares and monitors all medical charts from time of receipt until the release of the chart for Medical Coding purposes.


Responsibilities:
• Open mail containers
• Process & track incoming records & invoices
• Process outgoing mail requests to provider facilities
• Resolve issues related to mailed in provider requests and notifications
• Monitor, forecast and track record activity
• Verify records using tracking software. Separate, classify and assign appropriate identification information to each record prior to scanning

Client's Administrative Services Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Mail Room Clerk to join the team as a Corporate Partner for a 6-month contract.
The primary responsibility of this role is to be responsible for various administrative and processing activities related to the processing of incoming and outgoing mail.

What you'll be doing


  • Creating shipping labels for UPS/FEDEX outgoing packages.

  • Conducts and facilitates inspections on-site

  • Working in Excel to enter and prepare tracking numbers for upload.

  • Keeping inventory in the supply room and restock needed supplies utilizing online ordering system(s).

  • Handling supply requests though the mailroom database. Examples: changing printer toner and delivering supplies.
