Hozy's Grill is hiring a part time Line Cook. Primary duties include: 1) Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu, 2) Utilize all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen, 3) Work with chefs and cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts, 4) Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards, 5) Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on restaurant schedule. Day and night shifts are available. Must have previous restaurant experience.
