Guest Service Support—Daily check-ins with the Guest Services team, ensure priorities, timelines and desired outcomes are clear on an on-going basis
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) – Facilitate, manage and enforce Culinary and Food Service SOPs for the Visitor’s Centers that clearly define processes and procedures for operational activities
Accountability & Team Management—Ensure that all personnel are trained, and training logs must be maintained and monitored
Training & Food Service Standards—Responsible for ensuring that all personnel are certified according to necessary standards on food & service safety standards
Staffing Model & Coverage Execution—In conjunction with Culinary Team Manager, facilitate and manage seamless and effective staffing model ensuring coverage and on-call support
