We are seeking Part-time Merchandisers for our Main Street Solution team to service multiple stores in the following assigned market:

Main Street Solution’s primary focus is merchandising gift card product and various product lines in multiple retailers nationwide. We pack out product, set to plan-o-gram, report out-of-stock, place shelf tags, conduct resets and install new fixtures. We build relationships with Retail Management and provide customer’s shopping guidance of our product lines we merchandise.



  • Merchandising and/or retail experience

  • Work 20-25 hours on average per week. Hours will vary and may flex up to 25 hours during some weeks

  • Able to travel 30-60 miles radius around home market

  • Reliable car, proof of valid car insurance, valid driver license and excellent driving record

Role Overview


A MacPherson’s Replenisher is responsible for filling primaries and supporting the picking team. Replenishers will utilize an RF scanner to complete their job. A Replenisher will need to have the ability to walk or stand most of the day and meet productivity and accuracy requirements.


This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.  Starting wage is $13.00 an hour, plus 14 days paid vacation in the first year.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The (Temporary- full time) Construction Superintendent manages the work of Desola General Services, Inc. and that of the subcontractors. Superintendents have the overall responsibility for monitoring the quality of work and safety performed on the project. In addition, they have an obligation to monitor project costs and to take necessary action to minimize expenses and/or maximize profits while maintaining quality. They must thoroughly understand the Construction and Contract Documents including the subcontract agreements, all addenda, plans, and specifications. Will work out of our Multi-family (Section 8, LIHTC, tax credit) apartment community, Parkway Plaza, located in Carson City, Nevada.


Key Responsibilities
• Schedule the work. Along with the Project Manager and key subcontractors, participate in the development of the overall project schedule.
• Plan and review the construction program with the Project Manager including procedures, job layout, equipment, systems, and manpower.
• Schedule and chair pre-construction meetings with the subcontractors and suppliers to prepare them for upcoming work.
• Coordinate, direct and monitor the activities of the subcontractors and suppliers. This includes all aspects of safety and quality and requires that the Project Superintendent hold regularly scheduled subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Maintain positive relations with the public, governmental authorities, Development, Architect, Engineers, and all others involved with the project.
• Direct and train field associates including subordinate supervisory personnel.
• Maintain and update daily project reports in “PROCORE” documenting the progress of the project as well as noting any problem areas that affect the timely completion of the planned activities.
• Coordinate, direct, and schedule all test and inspection activities of agencies and governmental authorities.
• Expedite all site needs-subcontractors, material, construction equipment, and labor.
• Coordinate subcontractors through a regular and disciplined series of meetings wherein their plans and efforts are questioned, verified, augmented, and when necessary, changed to ensure the desired result.
• Manage and maintain the project schedule, subcontractor specialty schedules, short interval schedule, as required to guide construction to a successful completion.

  • Serve as first line supervisor for Robo Techs, Machine Operators, and Utility persons.

  • Assign employees to production lines and make sure all machines are running on schedule and at production speed.

  • Monitor bags being run, making sure hourly samples are taken in order to inspect quality and catch any defects and unnecessary waste.

  • Assist in machine changeovers/order changes and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.

  • Clean and repair machines as needed.

  • Make sure work in area is done in a safe manner and employees are following all safety procedures, i.e. PPE, guards, ZES, shirt tails, etc.

  • Submit accurate production reports daily and timely.

  • Make sure employees take breaks, and schedule relief as needed.

  • Evaluate employees' performances, and administer counseling and/or disciplinary action, improvement plans and making sure that recurring problems are brought to the attention of Shift Supervisor or Department Manager.

  • Train new employees or assign them to others to train.

  • Keep workers supplied with necessary materials.

  • Make sure employees keep their work areas clean.

  • Refer employees to Human Resources for complaints and/or first step grievances or other issues as they arise.

• Assess the physiological and psychosocial health status of the patient.
• Formulates and implements a nursing plan of care based on health data
provided by the patient.
• Plan of care that prescribes nursing actions to achieve patient goals and
coordinates and organizes nursing activities.
• Coordinates patient care needs with team members, including other
disciplines.
• Administer drugs and solutions as prescribed (competent with drug

  • Work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic, evidenced based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above.

Duties:



  • Accurately evaluate, treat, provide health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above

  • Educate patients on maintaining proper health

  • Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage and treat patients' medical needs for safe and high-quality treatment

  • Document all patient care within an electronic health record according to policies and procedures

  • Participate in an interdisciplinary team providing care and coordination of our patients with internal and external colleagues including the broader patient centered medical home ensuring the highest level of care is always provided

  • Facilitates the development of effective Patient Centered Practice Teams

  • Responds to patient care inquiries throughout the day

  • Focus consistently on the patient


Requirements:



  • Completion of a master’s degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license

  • Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent

  • DEA, BLS, ACLS certified 

  • Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
