We are seeking an experienced Adobe CC professional to join our team as an instructor! Must have experience in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere as your primary focus is teaching this to the next generation of Web/Video professionals!

No teaching experience needed! We will train! We are hiring during the COVID-19 pandemic!


  • Teaching After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere in an engaging format

  • Inspire and support students with a "hands on" and active approach as they progress through course work

  • Follow direction from the Education Director and relevant Program Directors

  • Fine tune curriculum as directed and contribute to the creation of engaging lesson plans inside of Canvas

  • Complete rubric grading for student projects consistently and promptly

  • Answer all student and faculty correspondence in MS Teams, Canvas, and Email

  • Tally attendance and grades into Student Information System

  • Create a safe, supportive, creative, and dynamic environment for students


  • 3+ years experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere

  • Deep passion for mentorship and helping others of all learning types

  • Associate's degree or higher in a related career field preferred

  • Any experience with HTML, CSS, and Wordpress is a big plus!

  • Knowledge of Canvas (LMS) software is a really big plus!

  • Prior teaching experience is the biggest plus!

  • Must be comfortable teaching classes in person with a mask/face covering on for long periods of time

Polygroup, an exciting, consumer product company is looking for a remote full-time, beginner to mid-level illustrator to join our creative team. Candidate will create innovative artwork with illustration for products and packaging. Your portfolio should include design with graphic sensibilities as well as impressive illustration skills. This is a unique opportunity to use your talents for (but not limited to) inflatable toys, water slides, pool floats and the like.

Must be self-motivated, have a positive, can-do attitude, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key relationships:
Candidate will work closely with the VP of Creative, VP of Product Development and our teams in the U.S. and Asia.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Innovative ideas and illustration style that will be applied to our products

- Ideate and develop graphic elements, patterns and colors to be used for products and packaging

- Style guide development

- Prepare press-ready files for printing

- Quick-thinker, detail-oriented

- Flexibility and adaptability

- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment

- Portfolio that demonstrates a vast drawing range from cartoony to realistic

- Background in illustration (College degree or 5-year work experience as an illustrator)

- Strong conceptual skills, aesthetic awareness and in tune with design trends

- Toy experience preferred but not necessary

- Proficient in the use of current Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator programs

- Product design, structural design and 3D rendering program a plus

- This is an offsite position with occasional onsite meeting.

- Prefer Southern California applicants.

Who are we looking for?
A highly motivated, driven, self-starting Technical Illustrator who can work well in a team oriented atmosphere.  The ideal candidate should have experience working in manufacturing environment and have worked extensively with technical publications including owner’s manual and service bulletins. It is also required that this individual have experience with SolidWorks Composer, SolidWorks, Illustrator and After Effects. This is a first shift full time position with core hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm M-F based out of our Hartford, WI location.

What you will be doing:
The Technical Writer/Illustrator is responsible for planning, developing, organizing, writing/illustrating, editing, and maintaining high quality technical documentation, including by not limited to: install manuals, owner manuals, service bulletins, online technical publications, tutorial videos and webinars, for existing and new products that meet applicable standards and is appropriate for the intended audience. This position drives the creation of documentation methodology translating business specifications into user documentation. In addition, this position strives to provide the highest level of accuracy of product descriptions by clearly communicating with key stakeholder, primarily with members of the Engineering, Manufacturing and Technical Support teams, to provide technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
