·       Inspect and repair/service HVAC/R systems


·       Perform routine preventative maintenance


·       Respond to emergency maintenance requests


·       Adhere to all safety policies and procedures


·       Be familiar with leak testing techniques


·       Knowledge of electrical circuits or components


·       Installing, connecting, and/or programming thermostats, humidistats, controls or timers
