Job Description


The Primary role involves support and grow the recruitment business of Envisage Group in the USA and help the in-house HR & recruitment needs. Providing recruitment services to the already established customers and grow the customer base to wider Automotive and other industry segments.


Job Duties:


A strong background within the HR & technical recruitment industry able to support and grow the recruitment presence within the US.



  • Sourcing, headhunting, and recruitment of contractors and permanent staff for clients.

  • Specialist knowledge and understanding of Engineering in fields of Automotive, Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing and Software Industries.

  • Business Development and Account Management.  Maintaining good relationships with clients and candidates

  • Developing presentations in Powerpoint and presenting them to Clients to win business.

  • Approving and negotiating Terms & Conditions within the organization and agreeing with Clients

  • Determining contract rate benchmarks internally and also externally for customers

  • Attending operation meetings with the Recruitment Director on a regular basis on performance and updates within the business

  • Meeting targets set by the business to achieve turnover and gross profit

  • Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires

  • Facilitating human resources processes, administering employee health and welfare plans

  • Acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers, resolving benefits-related problems

  • Administering health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations

  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts, etc.


Required Education, Qualifications and/or Experiences:



  • Knowledge of Engineering  and Technical sectors

  • Previous recruitment experience, with a good success record, ideally within the automotive or other technical sectors

  • Able to build good relationships with candidates and clients

  • Recruitment, staffing models, policies, and legal compliance

  • Have an established list of clients and contacts in place

  • Have the drive and determination to succeed within the company and push to achieve targets

  • Support with business strategy and target clients/markets to grow

  • Have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities.

  • Able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR operations

  • Successful history within the recruitment industry

  • Excellent communication skills – both face to face and telephone

  • Team player, drive and Determination

  • Positive attitude and approach

  • Good organization skills

  • Knowledge of employment law and changes to legislation

  • Ability to work with ATS software

  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position

  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
