The Field Support Designer, will be advising all distribution departments in up leveling the materials that are shared with thousands of sales people to run our business. This position will be responsible for:


-Develop impactful visual communication deliverables in multiple forms: infographics, power-point, letters, flyers, contracts, sell sheets etc.


-Solve for the best way to design communications that will be easy to read and share in smart-phones and tablets.


-Define a process to centralized all brand assets and repositories that currently exists and their usage in the Field Support Organization


-Create a style guide / design guide for Field Support Deliverables according to the use case


-Create and maintain a high resolution library for all our POS materials and their variations following marketing campaigns guidelines that can be shared and leveraged by KA and Distribution organizations


-Serve as quality assurance for any visual libraries/assets that are utilized in materials that are distributed nationally

The Graphic Designer produces design proofs for projects according to client provided creative briefs and following client style guides. Qualifications:



  • 1-2 Years Experience in Graphic Design

  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Modeling Software.

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel / Google Docs / STP Files. 3D modeling Software is a plus

  • Comfortable with a DSLR camera in Manual Mode with basic photography knowledge

  • Technical Writing

  • Experience in working independently and in small team

  • Excellent communication skills, a fast learner and *takes initiative*

Hiring a Contract Digital Media Graphic Designer  
Duration:  9 + Months
Client Location:  Culver City, Ca
Work Schedule:  40 Hours Weekly
Pay Rate $25-30/hourly

Qualifications:
The designer will have experience working on digital media content/assets, such as video overlays, Instagram posts, animated stickers, short videos and GIFs that will be used for social media and web platforms.
The Digital Media Graphic Designer must have graphic design skills, and an understanding of marketing and promotional initiatives. The objective is to increase traffic and appeal to target audiences by creating pages, posts and applications that will attract stylists and end consumers and drive sales conversions.
 
 YOUR SKILLS:
 Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, interactive media or similar preferred
 Marketing and coding skills
 Minimum of 4 yrs experience in related field Fashion or beauty related experience preferred
Strong organization and project planning skills
Ability to work quickly under deadline pressure
 Strong work ethic and personal accountability
Attention to detail
 Excellent time management

Responsibilities:
Produce web graphics, product graphics, various digital assets including short videos and gifs, social media graphics, static and rich banner ads and email campaigns. Work with e-commerce team to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards. Work with team to translate marketing requirements into compelling, campaigns and designs optimized for each digital platform. Experience designing e-commerce web assets and ads. Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points. Have a deep understanding of first contact creative vs return customer creative and creative designed to drive conversions at subsequent points in the product marketing lifecycle. Provide design support to departments as needing including but not limited to; product graphics, logos, identity design, etc. Strong portfolio of design work, showing solution to business problems through effective design Able to present concepts and lead internal teams to the correct solution Experience in web marketing/web design with a strong knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, FTP, web design and development principles Deep knowledge of the web design processes. Manage and produce digital designs, including banner sizing and versioning

Here is a list of job duties (this list is not all inclusive):


Draft mock-ups of brochures, flyers, postcards and other marketing material. Design logos and other branding when requested.


Collaborate with several real estate agents to create and modify designs as requested; accepting guidance when given, offering creative leadership when needed.


Work on multiple projects at once, meeting short deadlines in order to assure timely production.


Communicate effectively with agents, administrators and other designers through phone, email and in-person oral communication.


Accept work assignments with a positive attitude and independently manage workload with little supervision.
