GPRM is searching for leadership talent to add a Front Desk Manager to our team.


Position Summary/ Objective:


The Front Desk Manager position is responsible for Acting as Manager on Duty, performing highly diversified duties including but not limited to performing Guest Service Agent duties, balancing and closing previous business day financial activity, and completing daily financial reports 


Accounts for daily revenue by organizing and verifying receipts, identifying and correcting discrepancies, posting accounts, running and distributing daily reports, maintaining internal controls.


Reconciles daily revenue by sorting organizing, and verifying receipts and settlements; balancing accounts; monitoring account codes.


Prepares daily audit reports by collecting and summarizing revenue, settlement, and discrepancy data and trends, proofing and distributing reports.


Provides guest service including check in/ check out, answering phones, and questions as needed. Supervises other overnight staff including Front Office, Maintenance, and overnight Housekeeping.


Responsible for handling emergencies as they may occur with professionalism and thoroughness, including attention to guest service and proper reporting.


Maintains safe work environment by following organization standards and legal regulations; notifying security of potential risks.


Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.


Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:


 Must be literate in excel, word, and can easily learn new computer programs. Pleasant phone etiquette, guest service skills, and a team player attitude. Must be able to work independently. Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.


Physical, Environmental & Other Requirements:


The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing this job the associate must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours. Must also be able to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, & crawl. The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be tolerant to various conditions of noise level. Requires frequent eye/hand coordination. Ability to comply with Policies and Procedures, and job description.

Position Summary: The Front Desk Worker is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues.
