Manresa is a 3-Michelin starred, Relais and Chateaux restaurant located in Los Gatos. We care a lot about our employees and acknowledge the contribution each one of them makes to our success. You must be a self-starter, organized, well mannered, professional, and a team player. We are looking for candidates who would like to continue growing in the industry and be part of a passionate FOH team at a 3-Michelin star level.

Please read this part carefully before applying. We are looking for serious applicants only, who are available full-time, Wednesday through Sunday, 2pm - Close. NO EXCEPTIONS. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We prefer you have previous service experience at the fine dining level, although not necessary.

Duties may include completing side work before service, coordinating with captains and managers to run plates to the correct table/position, clearing tables and work stations, and polishing silverware and glasses during service. Previous restaurant experience is a requirement. Physical duties of this job include standing 100% of the time, lifting/carrying 20 or more pounds at a time over medium distances. Reaches, bends and stoops frequently.

  • Assist with bottle packaging and labeling 


  • Make smoothies + salads 


  • Maintain commercial kitchen rules, guidelines and cleanliness 


  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Health Codes


  • Complete necessary production paperwork as needed


  • Identify and report any systems that are in need of improvement or repair


  • Conduct system audits as requested


  • Organize production systems including storage spaces and containers 


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Detail oriented
