We're looking to add a full-time employee to join our team. You're our front-line customer service team and should be comfortable meeting, talking, and wowing clients with your amazing customer service skills. Personal accountability, integrity, and excellence is expected and demanded at all times.

Shift start time is typically 5:30 am (7am currently but will move earlier) and our routes are typically completed between 1pm-4pm. Our best drivers have typically earned 5+ hours of OT a week.

Some of your daily responsibilities will include: Pick-up and delivery of cases of snacks, drinks, alcohol, kegs, and everything else that our office clients need. Working with the team to pick, pack, and load outbound orders. Stocking inventory at client sites ensuring it's picture-perfect everytime. Helping to monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels. Aiding in the quality control process (FIFO) to ensure the highest possible client experience. Light preventative equipment maintenance.Other duties as assigned.

Our team will provide you with each day's routes and instructions for each client's delivery destination.No experience with delivery necessary. We will provide training! 

You will need a State Driver's License and a clean driving record. If you move further through in the interview process, we will require a Motor Vehicle Report from you to proceed!

Compensation

Full-Time W2 role- Salary $20.00/hr to start. Current team annual average 45k/year (40k low - 52k high). Overtime available and scheduled raises for top performers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Delivery Drivers transport goods. Your daily duties depend on the vehicles you operate, the routes you run and the materials you handle. Delivery Drivers may transport boxes, bags, and/or carcasses. Delivery Drivers are essential for any logistics operations. As a delivery driver you are in charge of successfully taking items ordered from our facility in Santa Rosa to all locations as per daily orders. You will load and organize your route on the morning of delivery. You will perform a double-check of boxes to assure all boxes/bags/carcasses make it onto the truck. You will highlight every order. You will give signed invoices from wholesale customers upon return to office staff. You will know how to operate and drive the delivery vehicle with safety precautions at the forefront. You will check in with office staff to communicate if there are any unexpected delays during your route. 

REQUIRED SKILLS


  • A valid driver's license

The position requires a highly self-motivated and organized candidate with a capacity to multitask and set priorities. We are an Amazon Delivery Service Provider (DSP). In your job as a Delivery Associate, you will follow standard company procedures and safety requirements while delivering packages for our only client, Amazon, in a timely and efficient manner.


This role is a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering, and carrying of packages that weigh less than 20 lbs on average but may weigh up to 50 lbs. Our delivery associates safely operate cargo and step vans making up to 200 stops and walk up and down stairs as required to deliver Amazon packages to customers according to established procedures.


Compensation and Schedule
This is a four-five day-per-week delivery job, working as an employee, and earning up to $25/hour*. In accordance with our Pay for Performance culture, our delivery associates can also earn incentives for meeting and exceeding certain Key Performance Indicators based primarily on safety and customer satisfaction scores.
