Berkeley-based wine retailer is seeking a dependable driver for weekday deliveries.
Shifts: Typically 2-3 hrs per day from 1:30-4:30pm.
Days of the Week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
Delivery Range: Most deliveries will take place in the Berkeley area but our delivery range covers a 30 mile radius to include Pinole, Oakland, Walnut Creek and all points in between.
Requirements: Must be dependable, courteous, professional, and able to lift up to 40lbs. Applicants must have a clean driving record, a valid CA license and a vehicle capable of carrying up to 12 cases of wine.
Wine Retail Opportunity: For those with an interest / background in wine, this position can serve as an entry point for retail work in our stores.
Compensation: $18/hr, mileage reimbursement @ $0.56/mi, tips (small % of deliveries), and staff discount on wine & beer.

Location: Irvine, CA (Temporarily Remote) open only to residents located within driving distance to Irvine.
The onboarding specialist is responsible for ensuring that our customers recruiting and onboarding requests are met in a timely and efficient manner. The role is expected to provide superior recruiting outreach, screening support and onboarding assistance. As an onboarding specialist you will focus on moving applicants through the pipeline including troubleshooting the application process, enrollment documents and background check services. The onboarding specialist is the first point of contact for potential applicants and therefore must provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.
As an Onboarding Specialist at Delivery Drivers Inc. you will support and focus on growing our national base of driver applicants. This role requires a results oriented self-starter who can both make directional decisions based on the tools provided. At Delivery Drivers Inc. you will be expected to hit high recruiting requests on a weekly cadence. This is accomplished by managing advertising campaigns and sourcing applicants throughout our proprietary applicant tracking system, ensuring requirements for new markets are defined and correctly structured, and successfully sourcing the appropriate number of applicants to reach goals.
Tasks you will perform!
● Ensure that candidates are quickly progressing through the applicant pipeline.
● Tactically widen communication strategies, such as
(1) One on one calls with candidates;
(2) Respond to and help candidates through the pipeline;
(3) Tactically respond to candidates who write into support with questions
● Manage requests by client through onboarding, pipeline management, communication, keeping the process up to date with our product and improvement of each of the steps.
● Ensuring all assigned reports are updated and accurate
The Onboarding Specialist will be experience and efficiency obsessed. You have the ability to multi-task and can switch into different modes easily. You will have exemplary problem solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and experience with customer support

REQUIREMENTS: Essential Functions

· To provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of shipments and provide related customer service functions in a professional manner.
· Accurately scans, loads, inspects and reports shipment stop counts and workloads.
· Ensures that shipments conform with policies and features of service, that proper labeling is provided, and that all paperwork is complete, neat, and accurate.
· Responsible for determining that shipments meet all network qualifications, including special handling.in accordance with established procedures.
· Maintains neat and clean personal appearance to uphold company public image.
· High school diploma/G.E.D. and be licensed for type of vehicle assigned.

We are an Amazon Delivery Service Provider (DSP). In your job as a Delivery Associate, you will follow standard company procedures and safety requirements while delivering packages for our only client, Amazon, in a timely and efficient manner.
This role is a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering, and carrying of packages that weigh less than 20 lbs on average but may weigh up to 50 lbs. Our delivery associates safely operate cargo and step vans making up to 200 stops and walk up and down stairs as required to deliver Amazon packages to customers according to established procedures.
Compensation and Schedule
This is a four-five day-per-week delivery job, working as an employee, and earning up to $25/hour*. In accordance with our Pay for Performance culture, our delivery associates can also earn incentives for meeting and exceeding certain Key Performance Indicators based primarily on safety and customer satisfaction scores.
