Seeking Line Cooks and Prep Cooks Full time and Part time

$12-$16 an Hour depending on experience



We are seeking the next generation of cooks who are passionate about life, goals, people and of course real food. A Ryu Ramen Team member is energetic, passionate, enthusiastic, driven and inspired to create a unique experience.



Here at Ryu Ramen we pride ourselves on being a from scratch kitchen featuring Modern Ramen prepared in the classic style of Japan. And yes we make our own noodles.



Established in 2019 and independently owned and operated since day one. We strive to have a work culture that makes each and every guest and team member part of our little family. When anyone walks through our doors whether to eat or to work we want them to feel like they have come home.



We are a brand new Restaurant and hiring for all positions .We are seeking passionate individuals who would love to practice and hone their craft in a challenging creativity driven kitchen. We would love for you to become an integral part of our family and join us we open Ryu Ramen.



We are open from 11am to 12 midnight with plans to extend operating hours to 3am on weekends.

As a Cook, you will:

  • Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, stocks and vegetables

  • Know and comply with company cooking standards

  • Follow proper plate presentation for all dishes

  • Handle, store and rotate all food properly

  • Understand how to open and close the kitchen and follows all kitchen station checklists

Our Cooks need to:

  • Possess the highest quality of food standards both in cooking methods and presentation.

  • Stand and/or walk for an entire shift - From bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

  • Works with a sense of urgency, and is able to multi task throughout their shift

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members

  • We are committed to creating an environment of fostering growth and development throughout the restaurant!
