How the Fellowship works:


  • Fellows earn their credential from a university partner over the course of 4-14 months

  • Fellows train online/on-demand and at 3 in-person cohort events each year by participating in enhanced skills preparation workshops

You can set your own schedule and take on as many or as few events as you'd like. You'll have fun while developing interpersonal skills and meeting different people. The ideal candidate is charismatic and reliable, with great communication and painting skills.

NOTE: We host these private events only by request of customers, so this is a gig-based job and there is no guaranteed schedule or number of events. That said, most instructors average 3-4 events per month.

COMPENSATION: $90 per event (2.5 hours), plus 25 cents per mile driven. Hourly rate is $28/hour for more than 2.5 hours spent onsite. Tolls and parking are reimbursed. Any tips earned are yours to keep.

ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Need a car, in order to drive to events between Santa Monica and Glendale

  • Have most weekdays free, from 1-7 PM to take parties (Tues-Friday)

POSITION:

- Hire, train, educate, manage, direct, and monitor the nursing team, medication-care managers and other caregivers.

- Lead the community medication management program through the application of principles of safety in the medication use process.

- Lead clinical quality and process-improvement efforts through the tracking, trending and evaluating of clinical data to recognize clinical excellence and identify areas of opportunity.
