Job Description

We are looking for a full time Collision Repair Technician at our Richfield facility.  What makes us different than all the others?

1. Large well lit facility.  We operate a 15,000 foot repair facility with high ceilings and newly installed led lighting provides a clean and pleasant work environment.

2. Unlimited jobs.  In addition to our small DRP presence, we have longstanding relationships with many fleet, rental and commercial vehicle companies who provide us with an ample supply of vehicles.  There is virtually no seasonality in our business.  We are always full.

3. State of the art equipment.  We can complete all repairs in house with the exception of alignments.  Frame machine, tire machines, ac machines (both r134 and r1234yf) measuring systems, welders (including Pro-spot I4), plasma cutters, shop presses, two post lift, professional scanners, all make repairs complete, accurate and efficient.

4. Dual paint booths. We have two state of the art paint booths including a truck booth (36 foot) allowing us to take on higher paying larger vehicles resulting in higher commissions and greater income.

5. Flexible work hours. We understand that family and personal issues sometimes happen during normal working hours.  In addition to our standard working hours of 8:00 until 4:30, evenings and weekends are available to make up time or to come in for additional work.

6. High commissions.  We pay market commission percentages on most jobs, but offer a significantly higher commission on selected rental car accounts which typically pay a lower per hour rate.

7. Training.  I-Car training is available at no cost to employee.

8. Limited DRP Programs.  Only a small portion of our business comes from insurance DRP programs.  This increases our ability to make correct repairs, based on manufacture recommendations, without the time constrain pressures normally associated with DRP programs.

9. People. We employ individuals who can get along with others, have a great attitude and are willing to assist others in their success.

If you are looking for an enjoyable work experience, in a great environment with great equipment and people, perhaps this is the place for you.
