Fausto is hiring Servers, Food Runners and Baristas

Fausto is looking for Servers to join the team:

The ideal candidate will possess: -Minimum 2 Years Service Experience (Preferably Casual/Fine Dining) -Strong Guest Relations Skills -Wine Knowledge (and a Desire to Learn More!) -Cocktail and Spirits Knowledge -Ability to Multitask in High Pressure Situations -A Desire for Longterm Career Growth in the Restaurant Industry -A Love of Hospitality, Restaurants and Wine

Having experience in a restaurant is a plus.

About Fausto at the CAC & Ferrari Bros. Just like you, we dream of ditching work to sip rose in the park and of hot summer nights all year long. We hope you’ll come and be a part of what we are – a place to celebrate life with what we know best – food and drink (crazy delicious food and drink, to be exact) . So what is Fausto exactly? Fausto is actually the name of our father. Our dad moved to America in the 70's from Calabria. Italy. His uncle, whom was also Fausto, paved the way for the family to make it successful in America. To be able to come across the water and make a living was the dream. So that they did. Our dad and family migrated to Cincinnati and there they found themselves growing up in Clifton from the 70's and onward. Our father, Fausto, worked downtown at The Maisonette for over 20 years. One of Cincinnati's and the midwest greatest restaurant establishments that has been around. Our father was an artist in his own kind within those walls and within the restaurant industry. Fausto at the Cac is in homage to our dad. We are creating art with the things we love; food, wine, coffee and service. Fausto is inside of the Cincinnati's Contemporary Art Center. The CAC is one of the most stunning and iconic buildings not only within our city, but within the United States. Designed by Zaha Hadid in the early 2000's, the building is filled with architectural beauty! The menu is California cuisine. What is that you may ask? Well, it is simple; delicious food that is grown and cooked from what is around you. Farmers markets, farmers, and beautiful country fields. Whatever is in season and local to us here in Cincinnati we will use. From the lettuce to the honey to the meat and the fish. We have a lot of beauty that surrounds us that hardly ever gets showcased. The menu encompasses meat, seafood, vegetables, good wine and delicious espresso. Our wine list is broad enough for you to come by and enjoy wine with us every night or, you can have the special occassion and order something you can’t get anywhere else in the world. Open all day to serve you coffee, pastries, breakfast, lunch and dinner and allow you to leave feeling happy and healthy.
