McGrail Vineyards and Winery is a family owned Livermore Valley Winery that is looking for a passionate, hard working, detail oriented, flexible wine loving, customer service oriented person to join our tasting room team. We are looking for someone Thursday-Monday. This can be a part-time or full time position. This opportunity is great for someone that loves WINE and customers!

What you'll be doing once our tasting room is able to open back up:
-Greet guests, make them feel welcome
-Ensure staff and guests are safe during this pandemic
-Present history of winery and focus of our brands
-Tasting: pouring wines with conversation; educational and current winery direction
-Promote Winery Clubs and Winery events
-Assist with functions necessary for a successful shift -- opening and closing duties, restocking of wines, non-wine items, food items, sanitizing between each guest, cleaning and organization of kitchen area and tasting room(s), glassware cleaning, drying and restocking, assist with periodic duties check restrooms, merchandising areas, setting up tables and chairs inside and out, check garbage inside and outside of building
While the tasting room is closed, we are looking to train someone and have someone assist with curbside pick ups.

The usual stuff:
Wine knowledge preferred. Excellent customer service, people and communication skills. Basic math, writing skills, and computer skills a must. Must speak English fluently. Team Player. Over 21 years old.

-Must be able to lift 42 lbs. (case of wine)
The Part-Time Tasting Room Associate is responsible for hospitality and customer service for all tour and storefront operations. Performs and schedules standard tours as well as private and specialty tours and tastings. Provides support for distillery hosted and private events at the visitors’ center. The Tasting Room Associate is responsible for offering a premium, brand-centric experience for all visitors to the distillery. Supports merchandise sales, inventory and stock management.
Tour and Storefront Operations:
· Perform routine tours and selling merchandise.
· Educate visitors on the Hangar 1 Brand, production process and vodka tasting techniques
· Specialty and VIP tours for valued accounts, private groups and special guests
· Daily store sales and tour number reporting.
· Support the execution of private events in the distillery event space
· Support the execution of off-site events as needed
· Assist with distillation and distillery maintenance as needed
· Assist with bottling and blending
· Support production staff and activities
· Proven success with prior experience in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline preferred.
· BA Degree in related field preferred
· Experience with POS inventory tracking systems
· Experience in retail, inventory management or e-commerce
· Excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills
· Microsoft Office expertise
· Must be able to work flexible hours, most working hours occur evenings, weekends, and holidays

Brooklyn West is an award-winning urban winery located in Jack London Square, Oakland. Brooklyn West crafts wines from a variety of grapes grown in their optimal terroir throughout California, small batches that are uniquely expressive of place and individual style. We are seeking a Cocktail Server to become an integral part of our team! You will take orders and serve food to patrons at the dining establishment.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Proven working experience as a bartender preferred
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Assist in all areas of the restaurant
Follow property policies, including checking out and returning keys to appropriate departments and/or personnel
Presents menu, take orders and ensures age verification
Accurately input orders into cash register/Micros to record price, compile printed list, display costs and handle payment of restaurant bill and collect payment from customer
Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, special requests to the kitchen
Clean, sweep floors, bus and wipe down coffee cart areas and tables as customers leave seating area, continually wiping and cleaning the dining area and other areas of the lobby
Remove garbage, set up and break down before and after the shift
The ability to work effectively with minimum supervision
Recognition that service is a demonstrated attitude and a state of mind, not a task or step
Able to lift at least 25 pounds

Shares knowledge of wines, spirits to Guests. Knowledge of beer, liquor and wine

Previous experience in a Bartender experience with references.
Knowledge of basic cocktail and mixology recipes

Provide incredible guest service by serving guests in a courteous, attentive and efficient manner when maintaining tables and the bar, preparing drinks to order, placing orders and collecting payments
Provide guests with a reason to return, by building rapport, delivering the best possible service and experience during our guest’s visits
Train employees on the necessary skills to provide incredible customer service, including bartending, menu knowledge and service standards, using appropriate training materials and ensuring successful completion of certifications

Cocktail Server needed for a Craft Cocktail Bar in West Los Angeles. Must have great customer service and experience working in a busy restaurant and bar. Experience with Toast a plus.

Gable House Bowl is one of the oldest and most popular entertainment venues in the South Bay. We are a second home to many of our regulars and even those that haven’t been here for years have fond childhood memories that they made here. This is because we encourage a fun welcoming environment for all whether you are a family with young children, here on a date night, or are coming out for a night in our bar singing karaoke.
We are looking for a server in our bar and grill that would help foster a fun, welcoming, and safe environment. Customer service is just as important to us as being an organized and efficient server. Each of our servers has a large number of tables, so being able to work fast and under pressure is a must.
