A healthy gut (as you well know) is linked to everything from weight loss to reversing depression. Every day, a new study comes out linking a vibrant microbiome to resolving some other condition. But when you look around, it's shocking to see how complicated it is to find a good one. Besides the fact that there are over 450 probiotics on the market (and a dedicated refrigerator for them at Whole Foods!), many of them sit on shelves for far too long. We created Jetson to change that.Role:Jetson is experiencing explosive growth and seeks to hire a Shooter / Producer / Editor who is skilled at creating video and static assets for advertising initiatives, from design and production through to final asset delivery. This person will own and drive the creation and execution of assets for Jetson.Responsibilities:Conceptualize, direct, produce, and edit photo, video and graphic assets for advertising campaignWork with the founding team on a daily basis to generate real-time assets for on the flyCreate advertising assets to be used across a variety of marketing channels, including social media, preroll, display, TV, OOH, email, and search platformsWork in tandem with the paid media team to produce advertising assets that meet specific audience and ad type specifications; leverage analytics to inform ideation and execution for campaignsCreate assets for a variety of advertising objectives, including brand-building pieces that tell a strong story and create a connection with the Jetson brand, and product-focused pieces that promote specific products or campaignsSource from an expansive content library as well as stock resources to create high-quality advertising commercials with a strong brand identity and storytelling componentMaintain an unwavering dedication to the Jetson brand, voice, and messaging across everything that is produced and overseenRequirements:2 4 years of experience shooting, creating, managing, and editing the production of creative assets for advertising and marketing campaignsA strong voice with well-reasoned opinions and the desire to make them heard in a collaborative teamA portfolio displaying strong design and production skills across multiple advertising formats, including 6, 15, and 30 second preroll, short form content, rich media, display ads, docustyle, stop motion / animation, gifts, and scripted vs. unscripted contentDemonstrated experience collaborating with market research and data analytics to develop content and messaging that speaks to specific audiencesHave an in-depth understanding of current trends across the industry and continually seeking out innovation and improvementsAbility to put a production together and work autonomously from start to finishProficient at color grading, aftereffects, and sound mixingProficient in design platforms including Photoshop, Lightroom, Dreamweaver, or comparableAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple requests and responsibilitiesPossesses exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and superior organizational skillsBachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Film Production or related field/experience
