Sadly one of our Cheesemakers and our Herdmanager are both moving out of state and leaving our Farm. We need to replace these two outstanding women! We are looking to fill 2 full-time positions. We are an 160 acre, organic certified farm 3 miles from the Pacific Coast. We are actively involved in Pasture Management and Carbon Sequestration.
We are seeking someone experienced with goats (min 2 years experience). Must feel confident with all animal husbandry tasks. Individual will work with Farm Manager, owners, and others to maintain our high standard health protocols of 200 goats & 60 sheep.
Experience with dairy animals strongly preferred.
Must be hard working, great sense of humor, feminist, creative, flexible, KIND!
We have a strong educational program at our farm so must enjoy education kids & adults about sustainable dairying & cheesemaking.

We are hiring a full time cheesemaker. Experience strongly preferred in cheesemaking or similar field. You will be trained by our Head Cheesemaker.
Our creamery is located in West Marin on our 160 acre farm. We make goat & sheep award winning cheeses.

Butcher Crown Roadhouse is seeking a part-time line cook to join our small family. We have been in business for one year, have received many media accolades for our cuisine. We specialize in burgers, sandwiches, and BBQ. The available shifts are Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays 11am-7pm.
Prepare meals for customers following our recipes.
Prep ingredients, following food health and safety procedures.
Cook in a fast-paced environment
Operate a flat top grill, BBQ smoker, and deep-fryer.
Set up, clean, and organize work stations.
Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils.
Preparing ingredients for shift.
Preparing oven, utensils, and grill for shift.
Cooking order according to food health and safety standards.
Handle multiple food orders at one time.
Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 1 year of Line or Grill cook experience.
Must be able to work in the U.S.
Must have a team-oriented attitude.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Physical endurance to stand and move for entire shift.
Strong Work Ethic.
High school degree or equivalent.
Able to work weekend days, and some nights.
Able to bend, move, and lift up to 50 pounds or more.
Must possess or be able to obtain Food Service card.
Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English.
Valid Driver's License.
