·         Place re-usable containers on tub wash line for decontamination.


·         Operates tub wash unit insuring the wash unit is operating properly. Removes clean tubs from wash unit, inspects tubs and stacks for loading onto assigned vehicle for re-use.


·         Operates tub wash sprayer for oversized reusable tubs insuring the unit is operating properly. Inspects tubs and stacks for loading onto assigned vehicle for re-use.


·         Decontaminates vehicles cargo-carrying portion, reloads assigned re-usable tubs and insures cargo-carrying portion of vehicle does not have free liquid on the floor. Informs plant supervisor the vehicle is ready to be moved from dock area.


·         Insures housekeeping issues, e.g., spills cleaned up, floor is dry, and debris not on floor, etc., are addressed immediately.


·         Assists in other areas of the plant operation as directed.


 


Education and Experience:


·         One year related experience or training or combination of experience and training, demonstrating strong communication skills and tact.


·         Position requires extensive lifting, walking, bending, and pushing. Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and push and/or pull carts weighing as much as 500 pounds.

Position Summary:


Ensure machine is operating at required speed, producing quality product with minimal waste. Will change paper, glues, inks, as well as unjam machines as necessary.


Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:



  • Continuously perform all required tasks in a safe manner, adhering to all established safety rules and procedures. Must take immediate action to correct and/or report any unsafe conditions and hazards.

  • Utilize lockout/tagout as required, following established policy; ensure guarding is in place at all times.

  • Keep work area clean and organized, per standards.

  • Ensure that work is being performed in a manner to produce quality products, according to our quality requirements and specifications.

  • Follow all applicable food service policies and procedures.

  • Follow all PPE policies, wearing steel toed shoes, hearing protection, safety


glasses, hair nets/beard nets, etc. as required.



  • Meet production targets as set by management.

  • Inspect bags for flaws in quality, assembly, print or other problems, and


reject those that do not meet standards set by management.



  • Place proper amount of bags into sleeve in the press.

  • Inspect bales to ensure they are sealed properly and meet quality standards


before banding together and placing on skid.



  • Band bales together.

  • Place labels on bales, making sure they are marked correctly, neatly and are
    upright.

  • Spot check bales to make sure correct amount of bags are enclosed
    (i.e., 250, 500).

  • Place acceptable bales on skids by using proper lifting techniques.

  • Ensure machine is shut off to prevent machine damage in a timely
    fashion.

  • Must keep up with budgeted machine speed.

  • Keep accurate production records, ensuring all required forms are filled out completely, accurately and legibly.

  • Safely strip rolls down, removing liner and/or bands and removing minimal layers of damaged paper only to minimize waste.

  • Change roll, make splice by hand, maneuver roll into position and adhere roll to web on machine.

  • Make minor repairs and adjustments to machines as necessary to ensure quality levels, coordinating with Adjuster Supervisor as necessary.

  • Set up one and two color prints and have approved by Adjuster Supervisor before starting production run.

  • Start machinery and watch progress for breakage; notify Adjuster as needed.

  • Clean ink pans and wash rollers.

  • Thread up machinery properly.

  • Meet or exceed waste target for each machine.

  • Meet/achieve safety, quality, production, waste and housekeeping goals set forth by management.

  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

  • Three years of factory experience is preferred.

  • Must be able to pass Bennett Mechanical Test

  • Must have basic reading, math and communication skills.

  • Assist with stocking away all items received.

  • When spare times arises, assist with cleaning and stocking/maintaining the inventory room with Parts & Accessories.

Parts Advisor Job Summary


We are looking for a friendly outdoor power equipment Parts Advisor to coordinate parts for vehicle service and repair. You will work closely with our service and sales team to provide excellent customer service to our patrons. When customers arrive at or call the parts department, you will greet them and determine what parts they need for their service and process payments for purchased items. You will also oversee the inventory, unpacking materials and documenting each shipment to ensure inventory numbers are current.


Parts Advisor Duties and Responsibilities



  • Answer phone calls and respond to questions and requests about parts

  • Greet customers in-person and determine what parts they need

  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure parts are available or ordered promptly when needed

  • Receive, unpack, and store parts

  • Track inventory and input items into the company log to ensure accurate inventory counts

  • Process payments and returns when necessary


Parts Advisor Requirements and Qualifications



  • High school graduate or GED certificate

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Experience working in outdoor power equipment parts or service preferred

Job Description


Hamilton Company is looking for a CNC Maintenance Repair Technician who will work under the supervision of the Maintenance/Facilities Manager. The CNC Maintenance Repair Technician must be familiar with CNC repairs, and Fanuc controls as the technician will have duties and obligations of supporting the CNC equipment. The CNC Maintenance Repair Technician will support facility maintenance, upgrade, and expansion as required for all departments and functions.


Other responsibilities may include:



  • Complete repairs to maintain the proper operating condition of production and CNC machines and facility equipment

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on production and facility equipment as defined by the preventive maintenance program

  • Apply and enforce all safety procedures and precautions necessary to prevent equipment and facility dangers to company personnel

  • Assist in the complicated production and facility equipment repairs, functions, and support all facility modifications

  • Support all repairs and maintenance through procurement of all necessary repair parts and services

  • All other duties as assigned


 


Qualifications



  • Must have knowledge and experience to complete repairs on machine shop equipment

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience repairing and using CNC machines such as lathes and milling machines in a heavy manufacturing environment

  • Must have a working knowledge of safety procedures and precautions to prevent equipment and facility dangers to personnel and self

  • Must have working knowledge and experience to support facility repair and modifications

  • Ability to complete tasks accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner

  • Demonstrate an aptitude and desire to develop maintenance skills and repair techniques

  • Position includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places or exposure to chemicals

  • Must be physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach

  • Knowledgeable of MSDS sheets as they pertain to daily activities


 


Education and Experience



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial plant maintenance

  • Technical Certificate and/or LEAP or CTE Program Completion Preferred
