Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Prior to moving/working on vehicles, inspects all vehicles for damage. Notes scrapes, dents, etc. that were not caught and reported earlier. Immediately notifies Supervisor of the damage so that proper reporting and investigation can be accomplished.
· Carefully drives vehicles in gas pump and carwash areas avoiding other vehicles and workers who will be present.
· Checks fuel gage and refuels vehicles if necessary.
· Removes and disposes of all trash left in vehicle interior and trunk area.
· Vacuums vehicle interior floor, seats, etc. and trunk/hatch area. Removes, cleans and replaces floor mats if necessary.

Successful candidates will have 3-5 years of experience appraising vehicles. You will need strong customer service skills as you will be responsible for meeting and greeting the body shop owners working on our fleet as well as discovering new body shops to add to our vendor list.
Excellent communication skills are needed as you will also be in contact with the body shops regarding the body damage, preparing administrative paperwork for the fleet, salvage packages, and will be responsible for quality control when work is being performed on the fleet.
The preferred candidate would be ASE certified for Body Damage estimating or ICAR certified. A working knowledge of the Mitchell 6.0 appraisal system is a plus!
Candidates who have experience working with insurance agencies appraising vehicles which have been involved in accidents and have damage which requires repair.

What will you be doing?
The supervisor will have the responsibility of the day-to-day office support, supervising of employees, the staffing, payroll, and employee’s weekly schedule. For example, these are some things you will do on a daily basis:
Fielding a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails
Conducting interviews & applicant assessments
Preparing schedules for all employees
Ensuring that data entry is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Performing the on-boarding process
Reviewing employee files on a regular basis
Addressing issues and concerns of all field staff including issuing disciplinary action when necessary
Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures as set forth by the company.
Coordinate ordering/ stocking of supplies
Supervision of employees
Orientation and training of all new employees
Must be 21 years of age or older
Have At least 2 years of experience
Have a Driver license with no more than 3 points
