He/she will assist the chef, and the line cooks, with prep, service, ordering, food coast and all aspects of running a kitchen. Craft Eatery is a restaurant located within Sector 19 and will offer a chef-inspired menu for lunch and dinner. We are seeking customer focused, friendly staff for all positions, part and full time, lunch and dinner, including weekends.
Cooks - Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner; Follow recipes and presentation specifications; Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently; Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation; Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment; Restock items as needed throughout the shift’; Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes; Other responsibilities as directed. Starting at $15-$18 DOE.
Dishwashers - Responsible for maintaining kitchen sanitation; Washing dishes; Restocking dishes; Trash removal; Kitchen and service floor maintenance and other responsibilities as directed. Starting at $13-16 DOE.
Busser/ runner - Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guest's tables rapidly and accurately; Remove dirty dishes and utensils and clean tables; Perform nightly cleaning duties and side work as directed; Other responsibilities as directed. Starting at $13-16 DOE.
Counter server / beer tender - Provide the customer with a pleasant and friendly experience; Input orders into the POS system quickly and accurately; Cash and card handling, etc; Pour and serve soft beverages, beer and wine, and make drinks to order based on recipe; Perform opening and closing duties. (Must be age 21+ to serve alcohol.) Starting at $13 plus tips.
