The bridal boutique in Los Angeles has been the flagship store for the company.

To meet the growing demand for custom made wedding dress ensuring the quality and form of the products, the company is looking to hire a seasoned and professional Bridal Stylists for our NYC Pop Up Location. Previous experience with a bridal brand is preferred. Willingness to learn the business is a must.


Responsibilities


Customer Relationships



  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a customer service role model

  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers

  • Provide honest and confident feedback regarding merchandise, style, and fit

  • Consistently seek new fashion and product knowledge

  • Style customers for a variety of events – giving a recommendation on the overall look and/or event design

  • Maintain a professional brand appropriate voice


Business & Team Support



  • Facilitate customer correspondence and appointment scheduling

  • Uphold a highly organized system for maintaining customer communication, data, and appointments

  • Provide customer feedback based on requests/suggestions/complaints

  • Maintain an awareness of store concepts and merchandising stories
